We had been here once before, but this time we were bringing an old friend, who has many dietary limitations. This restaurant offers so many choices of healthy, locally sourced food that we all had a hard time making up our minds.
Our server was very efficient and helpful. Everything we ordered was fabulous. I especially enjoyed the chicken skewer appetizer. We also love the darling little dessert cups. I normally don't have room for dessert, but these portions are the perfect size to top off the meal without leaving you feeling stuffed.

Started with the caprese flatbread which was good but could have used a little more flavor for my taste. Entrees included an entree salad, fish tacos, burger and falafel platter. Everything very good with fish tacos the best of the bunch, and probably some of the best I've ever sampled. Falafel platter included two large "cakes", but were a little dry and could have used some hummus on the platter. Desserts are always a treat with the large shot glass sized portions and a myriad of tempting choices. It has a really fun bar scene where we had a pre dinner cocktail. The tables and booths in the dining room are
close by and it is vibrant and fun. The food is always delicious. The menu changes with the seasons and is very fresh. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was excellent. Pickier eaters may have a difficult time finding something they like, but for people who enjoy eating at restaurants with unusual choices, Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar is a great find. The (mostly) locally-sourced ingredients gave a fresh taste to the food, and the menu was varied enough to give multiple choices for a set of picky eaters. The restaurant wasn't very crowded, so the staff was able to accommodate our request for a booth. We really like Harvest's efforts to source their food locally when possible. The prices are a little steep, and the portion sizes might be on the small side for some diners; however, we appreciate the quality and the reasonable (in our opinion) portion sizes. I had the chipotle ribeye and was pleasantly surprised with the preparation, flavor and texture, since this is not a steakhouse.
This was our first experience with Harvest. And we are ready to go back soon. Although creative, seasonal flatbreads are a house specialty, and an absolute must try, the whole menu of appetizers are noteworry. We love the charcuterie . For lunch, I recommend the ahi wasabi entree salad. It is fresh, artfully presented and flavorful without being too hot. For dinner, I have enjoyed the duck on the menu; and their specials, like a wonderful halibut entree my husband had this weekend, have consistently been winners. Finally, the manager is actively involved, and the service is great, friendly and informed. From the first, our waiter Mac was most helpful with sage information about everything from the seasonal cocktails to the desert selections. Each of us was delighted with our cocktails, the flatbread and cheese plate appetizers were wonderful, our entrees were cooked to perfection, and the deserts were the perfect close to the meal. Portion sizes were just right...not too much or too little, each with an appetizing presentation. Service was wonderful.
