This was a totally rewardingThis was a totally rewarding experience--great food, terrific service, beautiful surroundings, and quiet enough to hear one another. We left just as a rather loud group was coming in, but while we were there, it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend it, have returned several times.5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMFantastic!Delicious farm to table food, even though in the midst of a large convention hotel. Chef comes to greet the diners. Be sure to try the bacon and carmelized onion spread on the fresh bread. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great food!5/6/2013 12:00:00 AMAlways a hit!!!I hav eaten at Härth five times in the past 2 months and have never been disappointed. We take new friends there always and they always return. You won't be disappointed. The menu is delicious, sustainable, healthy and very diverse. Love Chef Toms approach to eating well and feeling good. Be sure to order the Smooth Ambler vodka martini. Ridiculous.5/2/2013 12:00:00 AMThe menu is small and doesn'tThe menu is small and doesn't seem to rotate very much. Everything tasted good, but was not spectacular. Decor is very nice, and outdoor seats are great (despite parking lot view). Prices seem a bit high, even for organic/natural ingredients.4/27/2013 12:00:00 AMThis was our second time atThis was our second time at Haarth; we enjoyed it so much the first time we were eager to return. We really liked our starters, first courses and dessert. However, none of us (we were a party of three) liked our main courses (pork, flounder and risotto), which was disappointing. Not sure we'd return.4/27/2013 12:00:00 AMFood was excellent, as wasFood was excellent, as was service. Only drawback was that since it is in a hotel, the menu reflected boosted hotel menu prices--2 scallops was $16--but they were fantastic! Will definitely go back.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMStunning design, great food! The best kept secret in NoVA. A great place for a business breakfast!4/16/2013 12:00:00 AM1st time there/It was a good choiceWhen arrived to meet a friend for lunch at 12:45pm on a Wednesday, the place was packed and louder than I would have preferred. It wasn't rowdy, just quite crowded with professionally dressed folks. Our lunch was a leisurely one, & by the time we left around 2:30pm, surprisingly we were the only customers there! The sunny weather & large windows enhanced the sparkling white color of the place, which somehow appeared bright & fresh rather than bland, enhanced by the glass enclosed fireplaces, which sounds odd in springtime, but it worked well. We both got the apple & pear salad, hers with shrimp, mine with salmon, & I ate every bite, & particularly liked the addition of figs & blue cheese crumbles. It's a nice alternative to Route Seven!4/10/2013 12:00:00 AMWe return to Harth on a regularWe return to Harth on a regular basis and are never disappointed. The restaurant is stunning (as is the entire Hilton renovation) and the wait staff is very well trained and
helpful. The menu is not large but it is carefully chosen and each item is prepared very well. Ingredients are top quality with an emphasis on locally grown meat and produce. Nothing about the menu is gimmicky. This is truly a gem of a restaurant and a huge bonus for people who live in the Tyson's area and know to head to the Hilton for a great lunch or dinner.4/5/2013 12:00:00 AMHad a wonderful meal withHad a wonderful meal with my customer. Excellent venue that I will go to again - many times most likely. My customers were very impressed with the restaurant - they raved about the meal which certainly helps the relationship!4/3/2013 12:00:00 AMEaster brunch at Harth wasEaster brunch at Harth was very nice. Unlike a lot of restaurants on a holiday, Harth provided a varied ala carte menu. Items in each menu category sounded delicious and featured local farmers (listed on the menu) and produce. A special and yummy feature was the house-made bacon jam, which arrived warm in a small crock with a basket of bread. The honey used in the jam is produced in house from bee hives on the premises. Our entrees were delicious with interesting twists. The wait staff were very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable and showed pride in what the restaurant had to offer. We had a nice unrushed dining experience and would definitely go back for dinner sometime.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMNice Easter brunchEnjoyed Easter brunch at Harth, and the fresh ingredients shined through in each dish. Loved the bacon jam. The salt roasted beet salad and the fig and gorgonzola flatbread were delightful. Nice atmosphere, lovely hotel lobby and attentive service.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMI love the new hotel - maybeI love the new hotel - maybe not so new but i remember the old McLean Hilton.

It is a special treat to eat there!3/21/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat choice in Tysons for lunchI really enjoyed the smoked pork loin sandwich on brioche. The kale side was also a standout. Would not hesitate to return or to bring a client or partner to lunch here again.3/20/2013 12:00:00 AMHeart the HarthI don't know which I love more, the food or the staff!!!!3/18/2013 12:00:00 AMFantastic place for a great dinnerThis was my first time trying this place with my familyand I have to say this place just went on my top 3 place to eat in the Tyson's area. The short beef rib were just fantastic and the NY steak strip was perfect with the sauce you get on the side. Then putting the great end to the dinner with cupcake dessert and illy mocha. There wine list was quite good but it depends on a person taste so you could decide for yourself.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMExceptional food and service! The food and service could not have been better! This restaurant proved to be the classic example of seasonal local foods. Our party of 6 all ordered seafood (shrimp, scallops, fish) which was all cooked to perfection. Our server, Marie, could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. The bacon jam served with bread before your meal is superb - made with honey from the on site bee hives. Would highly recommend for a lovely date night too!3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMEverything was great exceptEverything was great except the chairs were not suitable
For dining table very uncomfortable.3/14/2013 12:00:00 AMOur waitress was from MoroccoOur waitress was from Morocco and our table decided she was the best waitress we had ever experienced. Kudos to her!3/13/2013 12:00:00 AMThe Best New restaurant in McLean! My daughter and I enjoyed a delightful, warm, and delicious meal at Harth. Our waitress was superb, we met the Chef and we heard about the bees and herb garden ane then received an invitation to see the wine cellar. Amazing!1/1/0001 4:00:00 PM
