We tried this place for the first time. We were seated upstairs which is quiet and peaceful. Service all around was very friendly and helpful. Cocktails were good - the lychee martini was nice. The menu is interesting, it allows you to have a full meal or nibble on some smaller plates like sliders, mac n cheese creations, etc. The food was tasty and well prepared. We tried some sliders, they're very tiny (which is good), you can get a buch of different ones and share. Also tried one of the mac n cheeses (chorizo/jalapeno) and it was yummy. We had a minor issue with one of our entrees and the manager came and rectified the situation right away. I would give it another visit for sure.

The restaurant ambiance is spoiled by the inferior service. The wait staff is incompetent, and inattentive; the kitchen is painfully slow. Don't go there unless you like waiting and waiting and waiting for your food. Don't even think about a refill on that glass of wine or drink..a server or the drink itself, NEVER comes back to your table...just walks on by. No visiable sign of managment.
If you want a good dinner experience, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If you like being ignored, frustrated and hungry, make your reservation for this place.

Unfortunately, they claimed their electronic processor was "down", so no credit cards were accepted. Also, the wind we selected was no longer available & it was difficult for them to get an appropriate comfortable temperature in the restaurant...otherwise, great selection of food for later diners, especially after a movie.

My friend and I spent three hours at the restaurant the other night. I ordered three appetizers which came out at the exact same time. To say the least, they all ended up being eaten cold. The staff seemed to do a lot of hovering and rushing us. One particular person, possibly the manager who was at the register at the front, kept glancing over at us which made us feel very uncomfortable and rushed. The food was just okay.

was disappointed I had to wait for a reservation for close to 30 minutes and then opted not to wait and sit near the bar area, as opposed to getting seated upstairs more promptly.
also, wasn't an effort to communicate with me when I first showed up on options of where i could sit if I didn't want to wait.
maybe valentines is not a good day to evaluate a restaurant on but they weren't exactly packed so thought it could have been handled better

We had a lovely dinner in their beautiful upstairs room which was actually quiet and we were able to talk. The food was superb, the ambiance relaxed and the service was excellent. They were accomodating in terms of the menu and special requests and I would definely go back and there and recommend it!
