Harry Cipriani's is just such a restaurant. The staff are attentive but never hover. The food is not fussy and always delicious. More often than not, when we leave NY (a couple of days later) we look back and still think it was our best meal. Everything is great. My husband always has their melt-in-your-mouth liver, we share a half order of the tagliolini w/ham (YUM!!!), and I usually have some kind of fish.
