Food was excellent! A little pricey, but definitely worth it. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and their menu items are unique. Has great decor and vintage feel to it as well. The service was good, however took a little while for the waitress to take our order, and longer for the food to come out (which giving them the benefit of the doubt, can mean that the food is made to order, which I do love). I would go back for sure, and I've already told my sister and mom about it!

I decided to bring my family for restaurant week, but was disappointed that duck breast (which I enjoyed on my first visit) was not on the special menu. However, my son ordered the pork and beans soup and short ribs which he said was delicious, worth ordering. My daughter's special of lamb breast was a little too fatty,and my duck breast was a little tough,not as good as when I oredered in previous visit.Portions were proper size for me but not large enough for a man with a heartier appetite. Drinks and service staff were exceptional. Decor and atmosphere are great.

We went for date night. It was the perfect place. Although the tables are close together the noise level didn't distrupt our conversation or attention to each other and I was happy there weren't any children as we wanted to have a night with out ours and preferred not to be around anyone elses. The food was good and brought out quickly.

I've given Harper's 3 times at bat and now it is 3 strikes yer out !! This is the most overpriced over rated restaurant in Westchester. The portions are tiny, the prices are huge and the ambience is non-existent. If you are wine drinkers, be prepared for a $45 opening price point for red wine. When I mentioned to the waitress I was looking for a bottle of wine for which I did not require a mortgage, she offered the house red Cabernet for $34 a bottle. A complete rip off.
