Service was not so good. Waitress didn't know the specials, what beer was on tap and took a long time in getting us stuff. She was vey nice but would've been nice if more knowledgeable and efficient.

Came here with my friends for Tuesday Lobster night. Service needed work from the beginning. The hostess debated with her collegues on what table to give us forcing us to make the decision ourselves. Waitress was pleasant. It went down hill from there. She accidentally spilled a round of drinks on me. Although apologetic, perhaps due to embarassment or inexperience, she was not proactive in trying to remedy the situation. The busboy actively tried to help with a t-shirt and cleanser for my clothing. The waitress's solution was to extend a round of free drinks. After speaking to the manager who also just offered to take care of my dry cleaning, I realized this place is in the business of just making money. There are better beer gardens.

It was my first time here and I was very impressed with the black bass entree. Everything else was good too. I am NOT so impressed with the service though. The woman who checked me in didn't seem to care about hanging my coat. She also sent my friend to sit at a different table, it is a good thing that I saw her sitting by herself. The guy waiter didn't bother to offer to carry my glass of wines over to the table, instead he said, "sweetie take your wine!" I guess you shouldn't bother being a lady here.I never had that experience in any other restaurant. Our waitress was nice.However, the food was good and it seems like a great spot for after work with a larger noisy group.There was a band and it was very loud, but very festive
