Hardware GrillBest Dinner Ever!!I spend a lot of time wining and dining clients. I've been to so many restaurants it has lost its appeal to certain degree. Hardware Grill changed that immediately, as both my lady friend and I were absolutely blown away by the entire experience. We requested a quiet table for a small business meeting and the setting was perfect. Food & wine recommendations were excellent. Very good service. For first course we had the Bacon Wrapped Scallops, and Crispy Pork Belly. For Main course we had Porcini Crusted Sea Bass, and 60 Day Aged Spring Creek Ranch New York Steak. The Crusted Sea Bass was on top of two crepes filled with lots of seafood - very very yummy and filling. For dessert we had Salted Caramel Creme Brulee and 12 year Old Glenlivet Butterscotch Pudding (both desserts were very very good). Everything on the menu looked very good. We would love to come back and try the "House Applewood Smoked Salmon for first course and Alberta Lamb rack. The lobster in the risotto was extremely tough. The service we received was quite good however, we had to ask for a second cocktail as it was not offered. The server appeared to be impatient with our questions.

Stopped in because it was rated number one on trip advisor and was not disappointed the prices were high but the good was worth it. Had the romaine salad, chevre beet salad, and burrata cheese to start. All fantastic - the chevre beet salad was rich and very well balanced, the burrata was simple and delicious. Had the tenderloin with bone marrow and the vegetarian tasting entree. The tenderloin was overcooked the first time but came back perfectly cooked. My only gripe was that the bone marrow was reused when served the 2nd time, so most of it had melted out leaving almost nothing let. The vegetarian tasting option had lots of variety, at least 4-5 different items on the plate.
