  • "I've had some on and off nights at Harbour 60. The time prior to this I went with my Girlfriend for our anniversary, and it was a disaster. They had cancelled our reservation for no reason, we got the worst seat in the house, the Sommelier only came to our table because the wine we asked for wasn't actually available (although he did a great job choosing a replacement), and quite frankly our Steak was dry. This time a group of four of us went, and it was a completely different experience! The Sommelier was at our table no less than 4 times, he recommended a GREAT 2nd Growth, the steak was perfect, and our glasses were never dry. We received a great cheese plate, and a small dessert wine as well! Over the top service!"

  • "I was recommended by a friend who said the steak was fantastic . I ordered the filet mingon and it had that harsh cow taste. Calamari was terrible . Cesar salad was good. My bfs steak was ok . Creme brule was so watery and didn't taste like an actual Creme brûlée . Will not be going back."

  • "We have been going to Harbour Sixty for years and this past experience was not a very pleasant one. We went to the restaurant on a Sunday and they were out of a lot of the dishes we were excited to order. While the presentation was lovely as always, the food was NOT up to par considering the prices you spend there. When it came time to order dessert, they also didn't have the dish we were looking forward to. We all found the food to be average at best and probably won't be going back to the restaurant for a while. The service itself was great, our waiter was wonderful but the quality of food was just unacceptable for the prices you spend there."

  • "We had been told that tis is a great place for steaks. It exceeded our expectations. The restaurant occupies main floor and basement of a historic building. Beautiful marble and granite floors, nice wood panelling. The first floor dining room is gracious and well appointed. The parking valet show us the basement private dining room and bar, beautiful as well. We had great steaks but there was seafood as well. Meal was pricy but well worth it."

The only item that didn't really impress was the key lime tart for dessert. It tasted more like orange than key lime. I would recommend this restaurant."

They have no manners and are way too young to know better especially for a high end steakhouse such as this one. Dinner for 2 was over $ 500 and I will definately go back again. Note that they added 18% service charge to our group of four people without any notice.... We would have tipped anyway but this is definitely not they way to go....Waiter was probably afraid he would not get his tip from this group of non-Canadians."

Extensive wine list with lots of local wines. We were recommended a very nice red wine from the Ontario region which was far not the most expensive wine. Very much appreciated"

  • " The staff is young and hang out in groups talking. The waiter tells us what we should order,the most expensive thing. I ask for a drink and he looks at me like I ordered his death. I said tell the bartender,they will know.NO they did not.Wrong drink,I send it back,twice ! The third time I just drink the damn thing. We are asked MANY times if we are ready to order,we will let you know. I order my steak and he explains to me what rare means as if I have no idea what I ordered. It comes burnt ! They were informed it was a birthday dinner and there was no dessert with a candle or anyone who even said happy birthday. I will be telling people to STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!! "

  • "We travel and eat out a lot. However, this is the first time I've been afraid of getting the bill. Thank goodness that great red wine the wine steward (apologies, I cruise a lot) was so good... it made me relax and forget about the bill until it actually arrived! Let me just say: every single thing we ordered was delicious! My favourites: seared foie gras, creamed corn, and hazelnut gelato. Just beware, when you order something like the LOBSTER TAIL at "Market Price", ask how big it is and WHAT the market price is. It was 2 lbs and cost $100 (and we ordered 2 of them). Still we had a great time! Definitely would go back, order less food... and bring the same great guests!! Final note: the "doggy bag" is a treat in itself!"

  • "Overall ok experience. The staff was more interested interested in taking our full order from drinks to appetisers to full dinner order at the same time. We wanted to start with drinks while we contemplated our appetisers, then enjoy our appetiser while we contemplated our dinner order. The waiter pressured us into putting our full order in all at the same time. I pushed back but he was insistant. That overshadowed the quality of the food therefore was a negative experience. I will not return. I deliberatly picked harbor 60 as I was hosting a party of 6. At an after dinner drink venue I polled the rest of the party on how they enjoyed there experience and they shared my feeling. Anie"
