My husband and I dined at the Hyatt in honor of our first wedding anniversary. We had our reception at the Hyatt and there is a reason we always come back-the level of professionalism matches the sophisticated ambiance the Hyatt produces. The staff, service, food, drinks and last but not least the breathtaking views of Boston are undeniably the best there is in Boston.

It was only place to go since we got in late to Boston. We were staying at hotel, so it was convenient. Fantastic view of Boston over the water. Outside dining was a plus! Even the alcohol couldn't save the poor food! Not sure how their chowder won any award, it was lumpy and didn't taste good at all! My husband liked his salmon though. Waitress didn't listen to requests of leaving sauces off food.

We dined on the patio on an unusually chilly September evening. The hostess was amazing and the service from all was superb. The hostess brought my wife a blanket and quickly changed the tank on the fire pit when it had expired. The view is incredible--maybe the best in Boston. If you look at the old North Church, it is beautifully framed by the Zakim bridge and the bunker hill memorial. The food is just OK, but the service and the view makes up for it and then some.

Have eaten here before and been pleased but this week was a disaster. New dinner menu have very limited options. Our waitress was lovely but service from kitchen was awful. Waited 1.5 hours for meals to be served. Three out of four of us did not get what we ordered for side dishes. Food was over cooked and lukewarm.

Took my three teens for dinner. We shared some delicious choices from the tapas menu. It was a glorious summer evening. After a leisurely dinner on couches by the fire Pit, We hopped on the water shuttle to the north end for coffee and dessert. Great conversation and a memorable evening....loved the chance to sit and enjoy an evening with my kids!

The view is awesome. The service is good. The food isn't good enough to justify paying for the view. There's some adirondack chairs and fire pits on the patio that would be an excellent place to have a drink on a nice night in the fall. But next time, we'll eat somewhere else before or after our drinks.

I was flying back to NY and wanted a restaurant close to the airport and found this restaurant on OpenTable.com. The restaurant validates parking. The view of the Boston Harbor was quite beautiful and the weather perfect. I enjoyed what I would say one of the best fried calamari appetizers I've ever had and had a lobster roll, that didn't quite fit the bread it was one and was a bit sloppy. It was just okay, but the french fries were thin and delicious.

During the summer, sitting on the patio watching the sailboats in the harbor, with the sun setting in the background, is a very nice experience. Our friend had to fly out from Logan early the next day so she chose Hyatt near the airport. Convenient, nice spot on the veranda at day's end, but going for the food was not the purpose. Food was not bad, but not necessarily a culinary experience either. We did not have any expectations that it would be, but was better than we expected.

My sister was moving to Hawaii the next day, so I thought it would be great to go to a restaurant with an amazing view of the city. We made our reservation for last Tuesday night at 6:30PM for 5 people. When we walked in, we asked to be seated outside and saw multiple tables open. The hostess asked if we put this request on our opentable reservation under additional requests. I said no, and she told us she needed to sit us inside. The waitress was nice, but we were disappointed to be indoors. The hostess seated other people at the tables, but what was most frustrating was she was seating parties of 2 at a table for 6. My advice for anyone who books the Harborside and wants to sit outside - make sure you put this under additional requests!

The view is by far one of the finest in Boston. We appreciated the complimentary wine (4 glasses worth) when it was late arriving to the table. We also received a free dessert for checking in on Yelp. Having ordered from the tapas menu, we might have enjoyed it more if we stuck to the standard pub fare.

Hello, to make it brief, 1.) We were served appetizers without side plates 2.) Our drink order never came 3.) We had to get up and find a waitress at two seperate occasions, for utensils, and to ask for the bill. We were left unattended. The view was great, but what's that matter, when you are treated with poor service :(

The stars/review is for lunch booked thru OpenTable, but will also mention the breakfast buffet which was included in the room rate. Lunch was very good, service very spotty. Cocktails were late & the waiter forgot to put in my app. He did admit it & apologize which I did appreciate because up til that point I'd been doing a slow burn. Yes, I would go back. Now, the breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT. The offerings were standard hotel fare (egg frittata, bacon, sausage, potatoes, I think they had an omelet station, Belgian waffles) but the quality was off the charts which elevated the standards to 4 star status. Service was awesome too! And the view, well, it's 10 stars all the way!

I walked up to the hostess and indicated to her that I had a reservation for two. She was not the most friendly and seemed confused as she did not know what I was talking about. I gave her my name, she briefly looked on the computer and said there is no reservation for me. I showed her the confirmation on my phone she said she did not see it but proceeded to seat us anyway. A few min later a very nice waiter came and said so I understand you are celebrating a special occasion today. We were confused since the hostess did not find our reservation and I did not specify any other details to her. Apparently, she enentually found it. It would have been nice for her to walk over to our table and apologize and let us know she had found it.

We have often enjoyed dinner at Harborside Grill on our trips at Boston when we stay at an airport hotel. Infact, we always stay at a Hilton property but have their shuttle take us to Harborside Grill. Our recent experience was disappointing. The menu has changed dramatically. While it seems to be a bit more "trendy" and geared to the "bar crowd", it has also lost it's best attribute: excellent seafood to accompany the delightful and always interesting harbor view. While this fare worked out OK for us this time (my wife and I were tired and a "normal" dinner out likely would have been too much) I'm afraid that we are among those who will be looking for alternative dining options at Logan.

I have been to this restaurant many times and been very happy with it. This Easter was a disappointment. We had reservations for 9, and were seated at a table for 18 or so which made for a very awkward arrangement, while a round table for 10 remained empty for most of the time we were there. No one was offered a drink except coffee and juice even tho it was advertised as a "champagne brunch". The wait staff seemed untrained and unprepared, leaving me to remove empty plates from the table on more than one occasion. and having to get their attention for coffee refills. As we sat around chatting while waiting for the check to arrive, the hostess asked us to leave to make room for the next party! Pretty awkward.

The restaurant has moved from its original location on the first floor to the lobby of the hotel. It was loud, the dress was casual at best (someone was there in his slippers on a Saturday evening..) not what I expected when I booked it. Also, the kitchen seems to still be on the first floor and the wait staff have to descend the staircase with the huge trays..I did not like it. The food was totally fine and the service acceptable (except for the long waits so that they could go up and down the stairs...) but the ambience was awful. It is a shame not to take advantage of the spectacular view and provide a more intimate setting for quiet, more civilized dinner..

Pleasant, lovely service and view. Quiet for a Sunday brunch. Much better menu than I anticipated, and I am a fussy, health-conscious foodie. Visited for a couple of hours with my sons, one of whom had flown into Boston from France, on a layover before catching a flight the next day to N. Carolina. It was a nice way to warm up a long business trip for him and a bonus for his brother and me.

This was our first time in Boston visiting this restaurant. The service was okay. We had one of the wait staff literally throw our bread off the plate, when I asked about a certain item on the menu, the wait staff was not able to answer the question for me so I went with a different selection. We had a nice time, but compared to the other restaurants we ate at during our trip to Boston, this one fell a little short. However the buffett breakfast was really good. I felt it was a little pricey during the week, but I enjoyed the weekend pricing buy open and the second is half off. The food selection was really good on the breakfast buffett.
