A bit windy the day we went, but a great view of Boston and some very good chowder. Not an obvious selection (being buried at the Hyatt next to Logan), but a surprisingly good meal with a view. Service could have been more attentive.

This restaurant has the best view of downtown Boston. I like the spaceous feeling of the dinning room, the ceiling is at least 20 feet high and the windows are from floor to ceiling. If you like outdoor dining by the ocean, this may be the best place to go. I cannot find another restaurant in Boston waterfront that has such a scenic, clean, quiet and big outdoor sitting area. The food and service are great too!

This restaurant has a fantastic view, maybe one of the best in the Boston area. However, that is about all I can say positive about this place. The service was slow, as they took about 30 minutes to take our order. Also, the food is not good and overpriced. The location has so much potential that I think Hyatt should put some effort on creating a good restaurant so they attract more visitors. If I ever decide to go back, I would just go for a drink (or two) and leave for dinner to another place.

Had reservations for outdoor seating due to the great view. Patio was closed due to weather forecast but the sun was shining and it was a beautiful evening. Told we could not sit at the window seats due to someone else was coming in later. Spent a few hundred dollars to have dinner with a view. Got the dinner but no view.

Nice and convenient spot to meet at the airport. Nice but not fantastic menu, excellent service, and lovely view of the harbor. Careful on hot sunny days as the inside was over air conditioned and the lovely outdoor patio overlooking Boston Harbor had no shade. Perfectly lovely lunch was had by all.

Great place, particularly for families, brunch and if you want to have real Boston memory: the view of Boston waterfront is incomparable. I spent there 2011 New Year's Eve and 2012 July the 4th and plan to do more of that.

Fabulous view of the Harbor. Food was quite good, large portions, nicely presented. Service, though, left a bit to be desired - friendly but slow, did not get the orders precisely right, and seemed to lack a bit of finesse. This is a hotel restaurant and your experience will be based on whether there is a family next to your with unruly children ... or not! It was also disconcerting to have staff wheeling buffet carts and cleaning implements through the dining room while we were eating.

Although easy to get to and very open and a view of Boston to die for, can't say the same for the food. The $21 fish & chips offered a pound of oily fries and 2 small pieces of of greasy cod. The $35 halibut was very small and looked unappetizing. They really need to add more entrees and improve the qaulity and value o their selections. Being located in the Hyatt at the airport they probably think its a one shot dining experience for the weary traveler. Well, this is how I felt their.

They could serve pretty much anything and the view would make up for it, but the food is delicious too. It's a hotel restaurant, so it's good for a whole range of groups including ones with kids in tow. One of our favorite restaurants in Boston. $5 parking for 3 hours with validation.

The restaurant was distracted the day we went because they were running an Easter brunch in addition to serving the regular breakfast. We ordered à la carte, and one of the omelettes came out cool, with the toast barely toasted. They also wanted to charge for parking even though the website is clear that they validate for 3 hours. They agreed, but it was a hassle. The site is absolutely beautiful, looking back on the Boston Skyline, and the coffee was hot. They did not rush us at all, as we spent time with a friend before his plane was scheduled to depart. I might try it again at night when the restaurant is not as busy, but I would stick to simple food because I am not sure they arerup to a more demanding dish. We recommend it somewhat.

Booked an early dinner (5:30) before dropping my husband off at Terminal E for his flight. Our table was perfectly located right at the window with a priceless view of Boston. The waitstaff was extremely attentive, bordering on obsequious. But as I told my husband, I could get used to obsequiousness. I had the lobster papardelle, which was delicious and had lots of big lobster chunks. My husband had grilled salmon and enjoyed every bite. The only down side was that we were reminded three times to "save room for one of our new desserts." I'm sure they are great but not for diabetics!

Picked up my wife at the airport during evening rush hour. Worked out great to have a nice dinner watching the sun set and let the traffic die down. I had requested a window seat and they had that nicely reserved when we arrived. I will go back in warmer weather to eat on patio overlooking the harbor.

The view of the harbor from this restaurant is its most redeeming feature. The food is also pleasant, though not outstanding. However, the service was very slow. We had to wait at least 45 minutes after finishing eating to be able to pay the bill. Had the view been less attractive, the wait would have seemed utterly interminable.

Lovely dinner. Food was very good and the service was fine. The waterfront seating we had was perfect. Their ambiance is fabulous. This was Valentine's Day so it had to be special. Everything was great especially the walk after dinner along the cold Atlantic. Free parking for three hours is a great convenience and cost savings. Thank you.

This place is a dilema for us. We LOVE the food. Best clam chowder, and lobster rolls anywhere. We dined three nights and had breakfast three mornings. The service is extremely slow and while the staff is really moving, they seem to have a problem in their organization. It seems like 3-4 waiters are helping you out and they get confused. The food though is so outstanding. Just know going into it that it will be slow and frustrating.

The food, service, and most of all the view - all fantastic! Milton, our waiter, was by far one of the best servers we have had. He was well spoken, suggested menu items through out the night and best of all, complimented our anniversary dinner with champagne on the house. It was a perfect evening and we will definitely be back.

Spectacular view of Boston harbor and skyline. Too hot for us to sit outside but indoors was just as good. I was surprised that being so close to Logan Airport jet noise was nonexistent. I thought the menu was a little short selection-wise for this size Hyatt hotel but everyone in the party commented on how well prepared and presented it was. There were few off menu specials as well. I chose one of these and it was a delicious salmon dish accompanied by curried couscous. Service was attentive without hovering. I would definitely go back especially on a cooler day to be able to sit outside.
