Harbor RestaurantNice view, good foodI'll be honest, we came here for the view and we got a window seat overlooking the ocean, harbor, and the coastline. So that was great. But we were not disappointed in the meal! We actually ordered to daily special entrées, and both of them were quite good. Complimentary valet parking is nice. However, service could have been better, but it might be due to the crowd during the Memorial weekend. We sat next to the window and had a beautiful view of downtown Santa Barbara at sunset- wow. Our waiter was friendly and professional. We had the surf and turf and it was one of the best dinners I've had in a long time. Wish we had made it a little earlier so we could have watched the sunset from our table. Seafood was fresh and perfectly prepared. Staff was friendly and accommodating in every way.
