I dined at Happy Valley Chinese Restaurant for the first time. It was a great dining experience. The food was delicious, the ingredients very fresh and of high quality. The building was clean and nicely appointed. The server (Jim) was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it, and will gladly bring my friends there with me, as it is a place where you can have a conversation without shouting.

Relatively new restaurant. Everything is made fresh from the hot water (kettle) to the food. The day we went, the evening was quite quiet with a steady stream of take-out and pick-up orders. We got alot of attention from the owner. The decor of the restaurant doesn't suit this restaurant as the previous owners were into Indian food. The bubble tea was bad though...better to get pop!
