  • "This is a lovely dining room, with a view of their lovely rock outdoor waterfall and grounds. Some tables are available for outside seating. The staff is great, Nancy and Stefano are THE BEST! The buffet offers some excellent items, oysters, shrimp, some unique dishes like udon noodles with mushroom that is quite tasty, cauliflower flan that is exceptional (I normally hate cauliflower), a variety of dim sums, sushi roll bites, lox and bagels, a childs station, carved lamb + beef, omelets, sausages, eggs benedict (popular), and bacon although it is NOT cooked crisp (bummer). There are complimentary mimosas, orange juice, and plain champagne. The crepes at the dessert table are yummy. This time none of the hot dishes impressed. Expensive."

  • "I was very disappointed with the brunch. The food was good but the service was awful. The chef at the omelet station didn't seem at all happy to be there, not one smile. He made me feel as though I was doing him a favor. Our server was so rushed, we had to ask him for more coffee two times. Never welcomed us or gave us any direction regarding the buffet until he saw that we were still sitting. He smelled so bad of garlic. I think the service he provided would have been better if he didn't have so many tables to wait on. When we went to the waffle station and asked for a waffle she just point to a basket of cold waffles. There again there was no smile or conversation, and it wasn't as though she was busy with customers."

  • "The food was wonderful and plentiful. Our server was very nice and accommodating and even offered to take pictures of our birthday celebration. However, we had to frequently ask for drink refills as she did not consistently anticipate our need for that. In addition, some of the empty food plates at the buffet remained empty until someone said something."

Nobody even looked at our table after we sat down for brunch, when they started to attend tables who arrived after us I almost wanted to just leave but did not want to ruin my family's brunch. We had been to NYC Four Seasons what a big difference like day and night. Quite disappointing from service standpoint in Hamptons restaurant in there. Food and ambience were great, deserves more attentive and professional staff."

  • "Have been to this brunch a few times. Used to be delicious. However, this last time the food was poor. Dim sum items were overcooked and the overall selection was limited. Dessert was the only well cooked item. They stopped having the Bloody Marys as well. For $62.00 a person, we will not go back! Universal Hilton Buffet is MUCH better!!!"

  • "Brunch was excellent. $62 may seem steep, but not for the amount of food and quality. It's a dining experience that could take hours if you let it! Seafood towers with king crab legs, shrimp and oysters, omelets, eggs Benedict, gourmet salads, fish, sushi, biscuits and gravy....kids buffet with French toast sticks, pizza, fruit sticks, Mac and cheese. I'm really only describing a 1/3. Literally a 1/3 of what's there! And don't forget the Bloody Mary bar and endless mimosas! All tucked away next to a beautiful waterfall and light jazz. What a great escape! And ask to sit in stefano's section!"

  • "Sunday brunch here is very relaxing and enjoyable. The omelet was by far the best I have ever had at any restaurant, buffet or not. Bottomless Champagne was excellent and of good quality. Loved the included unlimited Bloody Mary Bar. Seafood selection was not extensive but of very good quality. All the hot dishes were very good. Food in general was good in both quality and quantity. The only negatives were that there seemed to be not enough table staff, so refills and used dish removal was a little slower than I would expect from a establishment of this caliber. I really do not like to feel rushed but this service was definitely to slow. Overall it was a great experience. We would recommend this to friends and we will definitely return."

  • "My husband and I wanted to go to a nice brunch for our 1 year wedding anniversary and I saw some reviews on yelp that we're great so we decided to try it. The atmosphere was very nice. We sat outside and the view of the waterfalls felt like we were in Hawaii!!! The food had lots of different selections from an omelet station to dim sum and prime rib. There were also little asparagus that we're delicious! We will definitely go back on a special occasion or to take some out of town friends or family for brunch here at the Four Seasons Hapmtons in Westlake!!!"

We have been going to the Four Seasons all over the country for many years, so this experience at Hampton's was a real shock. The entire thing was awful. The staff seemed untrained and had no idea how to fill water glasses, make people comfortable or ask how we were doing. We weren't the only people who were shocked. The 2 other tables around us were complaining loudly about the lack of service. We had to ask several times to get our bill. The food was mediocre at best. One dish was actually "off" and our teenagers spit out the food. That has NEVER happened. The fish was not fresh at all. Just terrible."

  • "Surrounded by a beautiful waterfall garden and amazing natural sculptures from Asia, we sat outside and spent 3 lovely hours enjoying our amazing brunch. Though we didn't have kids with us, we did note they had an area in the brunch buffet just for kids, which frankly I too would have partaken in. The food choices are just fantastic. Fresh seafood, sushi, waffles, salads, omelets, beignets, desserts wow! and fresh squeezed orange juice. After we satisfied ourselves, we took a walk around the garden and found ourselves in the garden where the beautiful Japanese pagado was. The small pond surrounding the pagoda was teeming with dragonflies, orange dragonflies I have never seen before. There's also a large greenhouse to while a way in."

Although we had a reservation for 7:30, we were told "it would be just a few more minutes" up until 8:00 when finally the maitre d' made passing mention of "plenty of seats on the patio," which we jumped at rather than wait any longer. After being seated, we were promptly forgotten about by the wait staff. Drinks remained empty, we had to flag down waiters to tell them we had yet to receive our lobster, and waiting for the check kept us at the restaurant 20 more minutes as we refused to actively seek out anyone else to serve us.
