Not just rolled up fish that you can get almost anywhere in the country. The restaurant is very pretty inside. Unfortunately, we were seated on the patio, out in the mall. Hama-san is a knowledgeable and skilled chef that clearly loves his craft and isn't shy about sharing his love of fantastic food.
