"I was annoyed that the restaurant's website didn't offer pricing on the menu listing. It is pricey, but the food was very good. We appreciated the waitress's tip on the large portion of the lobster mac and cheese our kids ordered. They shared one and still took half of it home. The lobster rolls were good, too, but a bit too salty. Very rich food, fun atmosphere and a gorgeous view make this a great spot for a special occasion."

"We love going to dinner at Half moon, they are located so close to the water you could actually dip your feet in if you wanted to. The sunset over the hudson is beautiful, the NYC skyline is as well. The food is always solid, though it is pricey about $20-$30 per entree. Their appetizers are generously portioned, you could eat the $10 mussels as an entree if you wanted to. I love their lobster mac & cheese! The bar is roomy, and plenty of outdoor seating options both at the bar and restaurant. They have a good selection of bottled beers, I am not too knowledgable of wines but they seem to have a large selection and a huge wine cellar when you first walk in and my wife liked her malbec by the glass ."

"Arriving early enabled us to have a window seat tucked into a the end of the window line which afforded privacy which my elderly guest so appreciated. The view of the Hudson is spectacular and adds to the delight of the luncheon menu. Serving tea with an individual container of honey is such a unique feature and having the bread arrive in an elegant box makes it portable home for the birds so that the luncheon experience lasts days after the event."
