SO I was a little tired and worn out.
The food was delicious with decent aesthetic display. I had an egg omlette with crab meat. The crab was lightly battered and there was plenty of it. I couldn't pass on a dessert item, very unique and tasty. It was carrot cake meet PB&J. Quite creative and yummy. Next time in Charlotte this will be on the top of my list.
Looks like they have a decent cocktail menu as well!

We ordered two small plates which were ample for sharing (a note on the menu suggests doing that!) and the presentation was beautiful - the dishes very good. We brought our daughter visiting from New York and she was thrilled about everything and said we have bring her back, which we will do for and for ourselves. We sat by the floor to ceilng window looking out over Charlotte. We had a business party of 8 and were well taken care of by our waiter. Food choices were prepared differently giving excitement to dinner. Defintely try the cornbread appetizer. We went on a Thursday night and they had live music that was pleasant to listen to but a little loud for the small restaurant making it hard to have a conversation with a party of 8.
