Housed in the illustrious Bund 18 building, Hakkasan Shanghai is a stunning example of the brand’s striking design, alluring cuisine and exceptional mixology and sommelier skills, set against one of the city’s most iconic views.
Hakkasan takes its guests through a vivid ‘Chinois Chic’ encounter that indulges all five sense. The menu, devised by Michelin-starred chef Tong Chee Hwee, has a strong Chinese identity which is underpinned by authenticity rather than traditionalism and includes signature dishes such as cod with Champagne and Chinese honey, crispy duck salad and jasmine tea smoked Wagyu tenderloin.

Hakkassan was an amazing experience for dinner. The view of the bund from the seats by the window was incredible. We were seated by the bar for a few minutes before getting to our table and were able to enjoy a few of the menu items brought around on sample trays. For someone who is used to NYC crowds and prices, the vibe and quality of Hakkasan was a breath of fresh air. I'd definitely recommend Hakkasan to friends traveling in Shanghai.

ハッカサン、どんなメニューも美味しいのですが、私は北京ダックが最高に好き♥️他の高級店や台湾などでも食べましたが、身が付きすぎていたり、味も感動しませんでした。ハッカサンの北京ダックは、味はもちろん、薄く削ぐ技術もあるのかな、と思います。また、今年行ってみたら、身の部分を細かくしてニンジンと炒めて味付けしてポテトチップスにのせたものが付いてきました。これまたしっとりとパリパリの食感が合わさって美味しかったです。

We had a lovely dinner at Hakkasan Shanghai 🤙🏼🙂 🌱 Lotus menu (vegetarian / vegan) was really great and tasteful. Staff very friendly and professional. Definitely coming back.

Excellent romantic meal with wonderful views across The Bund. Beautiful dining room, well spaced tables and upbeat music at just the right volume level. The food is somewhat westernised, presented beautifully and cleverly flavoured. The crispy duck salad was a favourite. Service is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.
