  • "went on Sunday for Miami spice lunch. I have been to many a Miami spice lunch. This one is the tops. Great food from start to finish. If you are a foodie, got to put this one on your list. hint; if you go on weekends valet park your car, they validate, and you same about 1/2 the MB flat rate lot"

  • "Hakkasan was awesome! They went all out for miami spice! The dumplings were so well presented. The fried sammon was to die for in the orange sauce and the desserts were the best thing I ever ate! Would definately eat there again!"

  • "We had their Miami Spice Lunch and it was truly a wonderful experience. Although the Miami Spice $23 lunch is only available for August and September they have their regular Dim Sum and lunch special menu for $28 pp. It is a beautiful setting, great food, attentive service and well worth the price!"

  • "Visited Hakkasan for Miami Spice lunch. Service was "rapid fire" and felt a bit hurried. First course came out barely above room temperature, remainder of courses were served hot. Otherwise, taste of food was excellent. Atmosphere is energetic. Very popular restaurant for good reason; Miami Spice is a special value."

  • "We did the Miami spice lunch. The food was amazing. My fiance hates anything related to Chinese food, but the food had so much flavor without being greasy or heavy. The only thing better was the cocktails. Yes, they are expensive, but the flavor combinations were amazing. Best cocktails we'd ever had."

  • "Lovely surroundings and food. This was my third visit this year and the service was good two of those times."

  • "I had to wait 1 hour, with a booking scheduled for 21:00, I only sat down at 22:00. Serivce was not good while waiting, several other couples were sited before I was. I was very disapointed."

  • "My husband and I were staying at the Fontainebleau for a conference and decided to try Hakkasan. We read great reviews on OpenTable and TripAdvisor and were excited to try it. One thing to note this restaurant is located in a hotel and gratuity is included. Our waiter did absolutely nothing to take care of us. We had to waive him down on multiple occasions to order our wine, our meal and even to get a side that we were told was "on its way" and then forgotten about. When our appetizer was brought out, we were given no warning that the dish was scolding hot. I took one bite and burnt the entire inside of my mouth from the oil. Little regard from our waiter. Our main entrees were also mediocre at best. Overall just a big let down."

  • "I went for Miami Spice. A small plate of salad was offered to be shared between 3 people. 2 pieces of appetizers each. Main dinning to be shared 3: 2deep fried ball fish, 3 fried race with very tinny pieces of chicken and rolled on a banana leaf. Probably 8 small bites of steak, a small plate of lettuce and some crepes do roll the items"

  • "My friend and i celebrated heir birthday their. The wine was perfect to the food and the food itself was amazing. It was so good that we didnt stop eating before all the plates was empty. Service from the staff was really good to. Would really recommend everyone to try this place out."

  • "We went for Miami Spice. The Spice menu is not offered, you must ask for it. Then after you order they bring a nice salad to share, followed in about 3 minutes by 2 shrimp and 2 dumplings to share. Then they bring out beef with pancakes, lettuce, and a small piece of fish to share. This was all done so fast, we were only seated for 35 minutes. Then they start clearing plates as soon as they are empty. The food was okay, but we would not come back or recommend this for Miami Spice."

  • "Very pretty decor. Privacy between tables, good for couples and for groups. Food is delicious! We've eaten here several times and it is consistently good. Service is friendly and knowledgeable."

  • "We made reservations for 1:30 and were seated 15 minutes late. The server was very friendly and helpful when ordering. My mom and sister got the Miami Spice Lunch special and my father and I ordered off the menu. The Miami Spice menu dishes were pretty good with the chicken and dessert being the highlight. Everything else was just okay, but I must admit the dishes were very light and do not have that uncomfortable feeling after eating normal Chinese food. The presentations of the dishes were beautiful, but some were lacking in complexity and savoriness. In addition, it took a very long time for the entrees to come, and we had to ask the waiter twice about them. He was very kind and gave us two free desserts. Would recommend!"

  • "I've had better at Hakkasan! The food was okay. A bit bland. The best part was the dessert. They are both delicious."

  • "As seasoned world travelers, we went to Hakkasan in Miami Beach for a special occasion. The wait staff, reception staff, and the manager conveyed a vibe that was more focused on "the brand" than on ensuring that their customers felt valued and important. I would not go back. There are too many other exceptional restaurants in this town where the customer is the most important element of the restaurant."

  • "Their Miami spice menu was literally various appetizers to be shared among everyone at the table. Then we were told that we had to leave because there was a fire in the kitchen. So we took the stairs and ended up by the pool area. All the employees in pool area were very rude. However, I must say that the service inside the Hakkasan was great."

  • "presentation was poor and the food was nothing spectacular / portions were small. they served us like we were only 1 person there.. we have to share the appetizers that came in only 1 plate and we the only thing we got in separate plates was the soup and dessert.t fire alarm went off and it was smelling like gas.. it was very bad experience overall.."

  • "Miami Spice menu was good but hed to add the dim sum platter in addition to the spice menu. If 160 dollars ( for 2) doesnt sound too bad for dinner then go for it!"

  • "Always a great time at hakkasan. Dim sum's are exceptional and must have duck salad. Chilean sea bass lovers you will have a large selection to enjoy from."

  • "The restaurant would have been 100% better if we didn't have to walk through the Vegas'esque lobby of the Fontainebleau. It sucks when you are dressed up for a nice dinner and walk by people in swimsuits and screaming children. Kind of ruins the mood, and puts a sour taste in your mouth. The food was good, but was not blown away by anything."

  • "My boyfriend and I had the Miami Spice menu and found it to be a good sampling of Hakkasan's menu. Our favorite items were the dim sum sampler as well as the garlic bok choy. The dim sum sampler was presented beautifully and the shrimp shui mai was right on par. The garlic bok choy had the perfect amount of garlic & flavor. Unfortunately the Hong Kong noodle soup tasted like they had opened a can of chicken broth and heated it together with the noodles. My boyfriend has a dairy allergy and they were very nice about accommodating the dessert for him. The service was amazing and what you'd expect from a high end restaurant. Overall, I found the experience to be unique and I wouldn't say no to coming back."

  • "Wow it was fantastic, the dumpling platter was delectable I felt as though I was in Hong Kong, however the scenery over looking the beach brought me back to reality. The desserts were scrumptious. Truly a crowd pleaser!!! There was a screaming baby but I did not realize it until I went to the elevators to exit. Truly magical"

  • "Each time we dine here we are amazed at how consistently good it is. When the menu says "crispy" it is! This is high end Cantonese food served well by knowledgeable servers. An excellent wine list completes the dining experience. We will return as long as they maintain this level food and service."

  • "Lazy service to be improved, customer care satisfaction was poor and the wok lobster was not serviced with the proper cutlery - indeed too pricey for how the meal is brought to the table, and presented. We were expecting something similar to what we experienced in London but sincerely the Miami branch is a way too far from ths english flagship."

  • "We went to Hakkasan during Miami spice, the food was ok but maybe my expectations based on feedback from other friends were too high. I did spend sometime in the restroom right after eating here so something might have been wrong with the food."

  • "Excellent. We went on the Miami Spice promotion deal and had the Prix Fix lunch. Love the fact that restaurant is broken up into small rooms that give feeling of intimate dining. The service was courteous and most efficient without being overbearing. The various dishes in on the menu were excellently balanced. Especially loved the chicken cooked to look and feel like duck."

  • "We went for a late night dinner to celebrate my birthday. Some surprise guests met us in town and there was no problem in increasing the reservation. There was a birthday card on the table from the staff. Our waitress was very accommodating and the food was delicious. The short rib and mango duck appetizers were amazing! We had several appetizers and main courses to share. The honey sea bass was delicious. It was expensive, but totally worth it! Dinner made for a very memorable birthday! I would definitely recommend Hakkasan!"
