Hakkasan is recognized as the pioneering concept that single-handedly changed the face of Chinese cuisine within the United Kingdom. Since 2003, the Michelin starred London location has set the standard for Chinese cuisine and haute Chinois interior design. Hakkasan at Fontainebleau features traditional Cantonese classics and house specialties reinterpreted for a contemporary, non-conventional palate.

To complement our wine list, there is a $30 corkage fee (per 750 ML) for two bottles and $70 for any additional bottle (per 750 ML).

  • "We went for Miami Spice. The Spice menu is not offered, you must ask for it. Then after you order they bring a nice salad to share, followed in about 3 minutes by 2 shrimp and 2 dumplings to share. Then they bring out beef with pancakes, lettuce, and a small piece of fish to share. This was all done so fast, we were only seated for 35 minutes. Then they start clearing plates as soon as they are empty. The food was okay, but we would not come back or recommend this for Miami Spice."

  • "We made reservations for 1:30 and were seated 15 minutes late. The server was very friendly and helpful when ordering. My mom and sister got the Miami Spice Lunch special and my father and I ordered off the menu. The Miami Spice menu dishes were pretty good with the chicken and dessert being the highlight. Everything else was just okay, but I must admit the dishes were very light and do not have that uncomfortable feeling after eating normal Chinese food. The presentations of the dishes were beautiful, but some were lacking in complexity and savoriness. In addition, it took a very long time for the entrees to come, and we had to ask the waiter twice about them. He was very kind and gave us two free desserts. Would recommend!"

The wait staff, reception staff, and the manager conveyed a vibe that was more focused on "the brand" than on ensuring that their customers felt valued and important. I would not go back. There are too many other exceptional restaurants in this town where the customer is the most important element of the restaurant."

  • "Their Miami spice menu was literally various appetizers to be shared among everyone at the table. Then we were told that we had to leave because there was a fire in the kitchen. So we took the stairs and ended up by the pool area. All the employees in pool area were very rude. However, I must say that the service inside the Hakkasan was great."

  • "The restaurant would have been 100% better if we didn't have to walk through the Vegas'esque lobby of the Fontainebleau. It sucks when you are dressed up for a nice dinner and walk by people in swimsuits and screaming children. Kind of ruins the mood, and puts a sour taste in your mouth.   • "My boyfriend and I had the Miami Spice menu and found it to be a good sampling of Hakkasan's menu. Our favorite items were the dim sum sampler as well as the garlic bok choy. The dim sum sampler was presented beautifully and the shrimp shui mai was right on par. The garlic bok choy had the perfect amount of garlic & flavor. Unfortunately the Hong Kong noodle soup tasted like they had opened a can of chicken broth and heated it together with the noodles. My boyfriend has a dairy allergy and they were very nice about accommodating the dessert for him. The service was amazing and what you'd expect from a high end restaurant. Overall, I found the experience to be unique and I wouldn't say no to coming back."

  • "We went for a late night dinner to celebrate my birthday. Some surprise guests met us in town and there was no problem in increasing the reservation. There was a birthday card on the table from the staff. Our waitress was very accommodating and the food was delicious. The short rib and mango duck appetizers were amazing! We had several appetizers and main courses to share. The honey sea bass was delicious. It was expensive, but totally worth it! Dinner made for a very memorable birthday! I would definitely recommend Hakkasan!"
