The menu revolves around the southern island of Kyushu. There's a heavy leaning towards pork there, and especially trotters. However, the menu is varied and delicious. Even their take on Sashimi is amazing with the marinates it comes in. If you like foie gras, the inari with it and the sauce drizzled on top is amazing.
