We arrived at the restaurant at the appointed time and the doors were locked. I don't know whether the problem was with the restaurant or Open Table. I have dined there in the past and enjoyed the food. The ratings are not indicative of my previous experiences, but I had to respond to the rating questions in order to post this.

This particular Habana Blues restaurant wasn't what I was expecting--it was part of a strip mall, right beside a martial arts center. I thought that because it was able to be reserved through OT, it would be a nice, upscale place--but I was wrong. My friend and I dressed nicely, but we were the only ones. When we tried to check in for our OT points, the waitress didn't know what we were talking about, and just kept insisting that you didn't need reservations to eat there. Well, we ate there anyway, and the food wasn't bad, but it wasn't worth the price, especially considering the atmosphere. I think if I had gone into the restaurant without any preconceptions, I would have liked it, but as a nice, upscale place, I can't recommend it.

We found the food to be average, the atmosphere was cold and certainly not a great value. To be competitive with other restaurants of their type in the area, example Mojios, they need to step up their game.

Very good service and large portions for tapas. It would be nice if there was more room on the tables for all the dishes of tapas. We hope to go back. I love the bacon wrapped cheese stuffed dates. Yum

We were both disappointed with the overall ambiance and quality of the food. Also, the place looks like a bar from the outside with it's many beer signs in the window. Quite expensive for what you get!

We ordered sweet potato fries for an appetizer and I had black beans as a side with the grilled grouper sandwich which was delicious. Grouper had a pesto sauce lettuce tomato & optional grilled onions on a nice bread. Not very busy, but the sandwich was very tasty. Hope more people try it.
