Margaritas were fabulous and went down easy! Ha! Would definitely go back or recommend to a friend.3/26/2013 12:00:00 AMWe have been to GuadalajaraWe have been to Guadalajara Grill many times and we love it. There are two locations, but we find the Kolb Rd. location to have better food. It's so bright and festive inside and they have a nice new patio. You cannot beat the table-side salsa made-to-order; it's DELISH! In the evenings when the Mariachis are there, the energy in the air escalates. This restaurant isn't only good for tourists, locals love it as well. It's VERY busy in the evening, especially on Fri. & Sat. nights; we're SO appreciative to be able to make reservations via Open Table or the wait can be hour or longer (only large parties can make reservations by contact the restaurant).
