Grotto - Atlantic CityDelicious!This was our first time here so we didn't know what to expect. We had the calamari toto appetizer, lasagna for my husband and pollo francese for me, and for dessert key lime pie for him and cheesecake for me (the dessert portions are very generous and we were stuffed from eating our whole entrees yet we couldn't help finish that too!). Everything was fresh and flavorful and I was sad when the meal was over because it was that enjoyable! We also had two different wines and they were both excellent.
The atmosphere and decor were very nice too and added to the overall experience. We will definitely recommend this place to others and we will be back!6/7/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food and serviceIt was one of few places that we could make a last minute reservation on Memorial Day weekend and we were seated quickly even though we were a bit late. Food was excellent and the staff is pleasant and attentive. Only drawback was that there are no walls (centrally located in casino) to block out casino noise so it's sort of loud. But that wasn't a big deal for our group. Never a bad meal. Normally we have apps, pizza, drinks and just socialize. This time we were celebrating my birthday and had dinner. Great.
