Grilled chicken in the 1/2 chicken ceasar salad was under cooked and bland, as if it was boiled, not grilled. Sushi was just OK, not great by any stretch. Food is overpriced for the quality.

My overall experience with GrilleStone was decent, but there were definitely a few things that could have been improved. Simple things like a glass of water took forever, but the apps and entrees came out quickly. I requested my burger be cooked medium, and it came out with considerably less pink than I would have liked. My burger was also supposed to have a pickle included and when it didn't come out with my food I asked the waiter about it and he returned with a plate of pickle chips because they had run out of spears. Oh well. Nice ambience, although the band they had playing seemed more suitable for a Tuesday night than a Friday because they were putting myself and my friends to sleep.

We went with some friends to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The service was good and so was the food. I highly recommend the all-you-can-eat prime rib, shrimp, and crab legs on Sunday nights. I like my prime rib rare to medium rare and the chef cut me a piece in the middle of the roast so it was perfect. If you like it well done, they have a griddle there and will cook it that way for you. I could not rate them outstanding because they do not serve bread with your meal or while you are waiting for it.

Grillestone is an oasis of good food, pleasant atmosphere and satisfying value. The large bar area offers comfortable Pub tables for a mini "stay cation," any given summer day or evening. The outdoor patio is lovely, as well. Enjoyed the half price drinks on ladies night! Refreshing Sangria and tasty Nachos to start!

This is my second time visiting GrillStone for brunch. The staff is always friendly and attentive and the brunch options are varied, fresh and yummy. You also get a complimentary mimosa, with your meal, (don't forget to ask). There was a bridal shower happening. There must be a private room because other patrons still enjoyed a quiet brunch with light jazz playing in the back round On the down side, I encountered 3 different sets of dirty tableware. The omelet station wasn't quite ready to go so people were waiting with plates of cooling food for the young man to get the omelettes going.

My husband and I recently took our son here to try the Sunday brunch. We've been before and always had great service and enjoyed the menu (lots of options). I was a bit underwhelmed by the brunch to be honest. Price was good for what you get- includes a free mimosa- and while there was a nice variety of things- omelette station, bacon, shrimp, pork, pasta the food was just ok. I'd hoped the prime rib was included but apparently that's only for their 4pm buffet. Next time we go I'd order off the menu again. We had an issue with our server which is why my rating is lower this time around, but in the past we've had terrific waiters so I think that's a one-off. We'll go back but probably not for the brunch buffet.

We have been to Grillestone many times but haven't been back in a while because of the lousy service. The waitstaff was horrible but this time we had a wonderful, attentive and informative waitress named Jessica ( she is the taller Jessica). Next time we go back we will be asking for her. She was awesome and the food was delicious.

Our "birthday" party of four had an absolute BLAST here on Friday. Service was TERRIFIC, food was well enjoyed by all! The best part was...well, there was no best part...the entire evening was just GREAT! Booking dinner was easy, confirmations equally so. We enjoyed the Motown Show after dinner, which was interactive and so much fun. We got up and danced and strutted our stuff. Looking forward to doing this again real soon!

This was one of my worst dining experiences ever. The food was undercooked. The service was terrible. The busboy came by to ask us to pass him our plates rather than collecting himself. We had to wait for the waiter to come by so we could yell for him to bring us additional drinks. They never came by to check on anything once food was delivered. Just an overall terrible dining experience. I will never go there again.

From outside it looks nice, but inside it gave me the impression that I was at an old diner. Funky smell and bad entrance decor. Our waitress was nice but took way too long to take our order. We first got to the restaurant at 8pm on a Monday night (not busy) and we didnt start with appetizers until 9pm. Food wise, appetizers and entrees were good, the dessert not so much, a piece of waffle with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that I can make at home in less than 1min. Overall the food was descent. The smell of the place, decor of the entrance and the slowness of the food coming out threw us off. It was good to try it out but I doubt we will come back or frequent this place.

The wine list had many different varieties as well as the signature drinks (Red Coconut Martini, was wonderful). Once we finished dining, we moved to the bar area, in which they had a reggae band on this particular night. Overall, it was a great experience and w definitely will be returning.

After waiting 10 minutes in a crowed lobby area the hostess finally sat us- at a Dirty table that wasn't even set up! She had told us to wait bc they were getting our table set up. I had to ask a waitress to clean it for us. This is simply poor management and lack of training at the hostess stand. A manager should have been present up front to help out w the crowd- all who had reservations. One family walked out. Our server was great and the brunch was good, but there was a constant lack of plates and zero plates on the dessert table, which wasn't really that great. Not sure I would go back.

I didn't know this was a country music place to go. There was a guy singing karaoke country music which was so loud that we could not heart a word our server said and could not carry on a conversation at our table. The food was pretty good but expensive for a place where we didn't really enjoy the atmosphere. I may have rated it higher if it wasn't for the music.

While the food was excellent and the service that we received from our waiter was excellent, drinks were slow in coming, as were appearances by our waiter. He seemed to be running in all directions. My impression is that they are lacking in bar staff, waitstaff, or both. This was the case every time we have eaten there. I don't know what it is like at lunchtime, having only been there for dinner. But if dinner is any indication, you probably won't have time to eat lunch there if you have a job. All in all, though, if you're not in any hurry I would recommend trying Grillestone.

My friend and I were seated in the bar area. Our server was great & attentive. Our entrees and apps were cooked well & tasty. For dessert we had apple cobbler which hit the spot. The presentation was outstanding for everything. My only gripe is that the tables are too close together. My chair must have bumped 5 times by the staff and another 5 times by other customers just trying to navigate their way to the bathroom. It got old after a while. We were also seated near the bar pickup area for staff. The manager lingered in that area often and at times, staff was actually brushing against us or nudging us while waiting for their drinks to me made. Would I go back? Yes. But this time I know where not to sit.

The noise level was a louder than I prefer but the place was crowded on this Saturday night.

My fiance and I decided to try this place out for a late Valentine's weekend dinner. The Prime Rib Buffet is offered on Sunday nights between 4 and 9 pm. We arrived around 5:30 and were seated right away. There was no line at the buffet so we were able to walk right up and get what we wanted. The salad was good, plain mixed greens with tomatoes. There was also peel and eat shrimp, roasted potatoes, broccoli rabe, fried chicken, BBQ ribs, Snow crab legs and of course the prime rib. Everything was very good. Very well seasoned and at a decent temperature. The only suggestion I have is that since this is so popular maybe only allow people in that are going to partake in the buffet.
