"There's a lot of steakhouses downtown, and this one just didn't stand up to the rest. Nothing was wrong with my meal, but compared to my experiences elsewhere, I can't say that I'd pick Greystone again. I do have to say that they have great bartenders though. We ordered drinks while waiting for our table, and they were very strong and delicious."

"The food was excellent don't get me wrong but the service from our waiter was the worst service I had all year, I have been to Gordon Ramseys,STK, Mastros etc all had excellent service but the service here was very non attending,take it I knew it was valentine's but hire someone who wants to do their job, I would of tipped $50 on $100 bill but the service was extremely poor. Thanks for your time"

"Food prices were as to be expected at a higher end steak house. All of the food was extremely good, howevertheatre was a little something left to be desired in the service department. We were put at a table the was right next to the bar, and when we walked in and saw this had asked the hostess for a different table. She said she would see what she could do, but never got back to us, and there were over half a dozen tables for 2 or more that remained empty throughout our visit. At one point, 2 large groups simultaneously met up within 3 feet of is as we were eating, and literally had to yell to one another to be heard over top of them. This time we asked the waiter to move, as even he could barely hear us, and he said he would see what he do"

"Went for restaurant week, but ended up ordering off the
Regular menu. Food was stellar, as was the wine. Service was attentive
..... Almost too much, Felt a bit like pressure to order and get a move on.
We had a late reservation, knowing the usual dinner hour may be
hecti, as we were planning to linger over good conversation"
