"Customer service was poor due to the fact that the head chef or chef (whom ever she was) walked around to each table except ours. It was even worse when she visited the table next to us twice and still failed to say nothing. Very displeasing and discriminatory in a way! The food and host completely made up for her poor judgment upon talking with each table. Also, the waitress not telling the one table buying the most drinks about the drink and appetizer specials was a little displeasing as well. The next time I go it will be for the food only. Very displeased with the staff as a whole, except for the host (whom by the way was the only one that came to make sure we were fine). As the chef if you not going to all tables, DON'T COME OUT"

"Our family was in town to visit. On a whim, we decided to try Gregoria's and we were pleasantly surprised. We had our 1 year old daughter with us and the staff went out of their way to make everyone happy. The chef even came out to meet our daughter and made her a special meal. Besides the excellent service, the food was great. We will be back soon!"

"We had five women in our "girls night" get together. One of us is Cuban and very particular about her Cuban food. We all loved it. Very fun atmosphere--close tables which were all full. The chef came out to chat and check with us--not intrusive just friendly. There was live music which was great but it was a bit loud. The food was wonderful--we tried several appetizers and main courses as well as dessert. A great fun experience."

"Restaurant in a house that lacks sound cushioning; Was in a party of 5 on a birthday celebration and struggled to hear conversation because of the upbeat music was overly loud, combined with the ambient nose and other table conversations; would have given the restaurant a higher rating but part of the fun of going out to eat is being able to enjoy the conversation of those with you"

"Super food and service, just a little noisy. This is to be expected being in an old house with hardwood floors and tables pretty close together, but the food makes up for the noise."
