Greek Taverna - EdgewaterIt Wasn't Just Greek to MeWe went on Mother's day for brunch with our Mom and our extended family. The pictures really didn't do the place justice. Aside from being at City Place ( a small street in Edgewater, NJ designed to look like a NY City shopping block), the place had a nice view of the the city, if you chose the out door seating. Because of the size of our party, we sat inside, but weren't disappointed. It had an open, European, communal dining, ambiance, where a views and smells of the kitchen were within a stones throw. The wait staff were polite and very attentive. We ate family style, ordering the Lamb chops, Red Snapper, Mac and Cheese, Grilled Cheese and Hummus. We finished with Greek coffee and Baklava.
