I ENDED UP EATING SOME OF MY HUSBAND's Prime Rib because I didn't't like my fish. I loved the table in front of the fireplace and the salad. Christina was very professional and took very good care of us. The mushroom appetizer was to die for, and the scallops were cooked to profection. He was a big and appreciated part of our dining experience! He always greeted us - made us feel special - a perfect gentlemen, a professional host! Thankfully chef Bob and servers John and Steve are still on top of their games... but this a big downgrade for this fine establishment!! The more the staff gets to know you, the better they get at anticipating your preferred service. While we are not one's for NEEDING anything extra special, when we do - it is always a great feeling! GP and it's current staff definitely has our loyalty and our unending praise. The Maitre' D/Host, Christian, knows his business! He works his team magically and understands his clients! From John to Steve - you can immediately sense the respect, professionalism and yet relaxed & joyful desire to serve! When it comes to a dining experience - how does it get better than that?
