If you have adietary restriction they make ever effort to accommodate you and get you what you'd like - no drama, just "we can do that". Omar was our server and did a great job--he even kept us updated on the NCAA basketball score. I had the salmon which was cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes were the best I have ever had--a little lumpy with skins. Sometimes restaurants feel a little overwhelmed during restaurant week and are lacking, but Great Northern did a great job keeping up and delivering the food hot and well-prepared, with great service. The food and service are always on point!1/25/2013 12:00:00 AMThe smell alone will pullThe smell alone will pull you in - I love that wood-fired grill smell which permiates into the parking lot as you get out of your car! I had the salmon and, as promised, was done exactly as I'd ordered; it was excellent. To me there is nothing worse than overcooked salmon or seafood of any kind and I was not disappointed - it was wonderful. My only complaint would be the "grilled" asparagus. They were bland (more likely steamed than grilled). I make my own grilled asapargus at home and I wish I could give them my simple recipe, but obviously there is no chance of that.
