"Lively, noisy family restaurant. Pizza was great, kids meals were outstanding (interesting fun choices and a bargain) and the bottomless salad bowl was a treat. Unfortunately, our server was awful. The manager responded perfectly (quick to respond, no excuses and didn't charge us for the pizza that the server ordered wrong) which is why we'll be back. Hopefully it was just an off night because the food was delicious and we'd like to make it a regular spot."

"Love their pizza. Been eating there every Friday night for the last couple of months. They are always quick to have your food on the table. I made a reservation on Good Friday and was pleasantly surprised to be served a complimentary order of bruchetta since I had reserved a table through Open Tale!"

"Dined at Grazzianos many times. Always great food, usually good service. On This ocassion the service was unacceptable. the waitress was overwhelmed so it seemed. VERY slow and never came back to check on us. We had to ask for someone to clean our table and pack up our leftovers. She was totally busy doing other things. I know this was a rare ocassion, but if this was our first visit, it would have been our last."

"We had driven by before and considered going, and decided to pull the trigger after a recommendation from one of my husband's co-workers. Since we used OpenTable we didn't have to wait at all and we got a free appetizer, which we didn't know until they brought it out with our bread. Our food came out super fast, like less than 10 minutes. Considering I ordered a custom pizza that is really impressive. The food was great. My custom pizza was chicken, roasted garlic and pesto. On sight I was afraid it was going to be way to garlic-y but the flavors were balanced well. My husband had the chicken parm and it was delicious. You could tell they used fresh high quality ingredients. We both had to get boxes for half our dinners, so lunch too, yay!"
