Graze at Four Seasons Resort Palm BeachA little pricey. The presentationA little pricey. The presentation and taste was exceptional. The wait staff was right on the money. They were not over bearing and when we neded anything they were at our table, not once did any one in our party have an empty glass. They made mothers day very enjoyable.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMInformal elegance on the beachGraze is on the 4 Season's Patio overlooking the pool and, in the distance, the ocean. Seating outside preferable, although the interior dining room is beautiful. I would call this ideal "small plate" dining. Delicious, and different, appetizers and entrees. Very good fish.
Have a drink in the 4 Season's beautiful bar, very serene and calming. Impeccable service.4/7/2013 12:00:00 AMHaving lunch or brunch atHaving lunch or brunch at the Four Seasons overlooking the pool and the ocean is always a treat. Our reservation was for 11:30 on a Sunday morning, so we had a choice of the breakfast or lunch menu. Had we arrived earlier, there was the option of the breakfast buffet. Bozan was our waiter - experienced and friendly - and the service was excellent; as was the food. We sinned and had desserts which were equally excellent. The Graze is good value for the food, service and setting.3/17/2013 12:00:00 AMfood was superb for dinner, food was superb for dinner, creative, delicious, plentiful
server and all staff were excellent
chilly night but heat lamps helped and they turned way down so we felt comfortable
also had option to dine inside which was great to know
some young boys were unruly and parents didn't control which spoiled everything else when they were done eating, should have been sent to room elsewhere
but GRAZE is grand otherwise3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMDon't be fooled by the foodie-lookiDon't be fooled by the foodie-looking menu, with the mandatory inclusion of some incomprehensible terms for preparations and ingredients. The food here is mothing short of superb, and the wait staff eager to help each diner select just the right meal. A surprisingly outstanding, and thoroughly enjoyable exprience.2/21/2013 12:00:00 AMThe new Grazes (Formerly OCeanThe new Grazes (Formerly OCean Bistro) has maintained the highest level of service,
its incredible outdooor setting, and delicious food.
More than one menu exists to match your desrie for light or substantial offerings.
The soups are spectacularly fresh, tasty and arrive suitably heated.
Presentations are lovely.
Desserts are worth the calories!1/24/2013 12:00:00 AMMissing the Ocean BistroGraze @Four Seasons is the new replacement for Ocean Bistro.Frankly, the new menu (in my opinion) does nothing to mirror the outdoor ocean views. The new menu is definitely a price jump from the former, and all traces of the "bistro" have been eliminated.
The service remains magnificent, with caring professional servers and management, but the limited choices and removal of old favorites were a huge letdown.(the staff offered us anything we would have wanted). The lobster bisque is a true classic, but the only choice of soup. Few salads are now available on the menu too.
The interior has been redone to look urbane and has a sterile gray and white decor.
The beach menu is newly pretentious,too.12/27/2012 12:00:00 AMUsually, one thinks none tooUsually, one thinks none too highly of hotel food, but this is an exception.
LUnch overlooking the Atlantic, in this exquisite setting is a true delight to the senses.
The soups (served in a delightful tureen) are delicious!
Even a humble hamburger is special here.
Do not leave without sampling a dessert presentation. It is worth all the calories!
The staff is warm, professional and caring.11/29/2012 12:00:00 AM
