Diner Reviews
  • "Excellent food that is up to the high standards you expect of a Four Seasons Hotel."

  • "Recently dined in Graze for lunch for a birthday celebration. The restaurant is beautiful, having indoor and outdoor dining options. We chose to sit outside to be able to view the ocean and take in the ambiance of the resort. Our servers were attentive and informative, giving great recommendations and always being close by to assist the table. Every item ordered was delicious and prepared to perfection. The Tuna Tartar and Monaco Salad were definite standouts among all of the great dishes brought to the table. Also, the Bloody Marys are not to be missed in Graze--excellent flavor and fresh to taste! The service is top notch, as expected at an established Four Seasons Resort. My family and I will most definitely be returning."

  • "MADE RESERVATIONS ON OPEN TABLE FOR DINNER. WHEN WE ARRIVED WERE TOLD GAZE DOES NOT SERVE DINNER, WERE SEATED AT JOVE RESTAURANT AT THE 4 SEASONS, EVERTHING WAS GREAT, EXCEPT WHY DOES IT SHOWS DINNER MENU ON OPEN TABLE AND DINNER IS NOT BEING SERVED THERE. WHO'S SUPPOSE TO VERIFY INFO ON OPEN TABLE, OPEN TABLE OR THE VENUE."

  • "We had a wonderful Easter brunch. Great food, decorations, flowers, view and a visit from the Easter bunny. Treats for all the kids and goodie bags of chocolate to take home were a surprise. It was a fabulous place to take the family...everyone in their Easter finery and on their best behavior. A memorable occasion in every way. The FS thought of everything!!"

  • "went for Easter brunch buffet. little pricey. Did not expect limited selection on buffet. service was very slow for four seasons and a buffet."

  • "Menu full of fresh seasonal choices - the Monaco salad was incredible! The Restaurant is light and airy with an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool at the ocean's edge. I have eaten here on many occasions and never been disappointed. Joe and Jessie (the Managers) really know how to look after their guests - service is always excellent."

  • "Always a pleasure to dine at the Four Seasons. Astr:d Irigaray is the best server and Jennifer the best hostess. Dining a the Four Seasons is constantly delightful!"

  • "Great service, cocktails, food and located on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean...What better?"

  • "Attentive service without being overbearing, well-prepared delicious food fitting the standard of service you would expect with Four Seasons"

  • "We helped ourselves to the brunch buffet food and had to return three times to make sure that we tasted everything. All the dishes were delicious and I highly recommend this restaurant."

  • "As you would expect, dining at a nice resort like the Four Seasons does not come cheap. But the food did match the costs and was wonderful. We highly enjoyed the dinner with friends. We sat outside and enjoyed the nice ocean breeze as well. However, the service was not up to par. While everyone was nice and friendly, you would expect to have it much more refined from the Four Seasons and their restaurants. They were very casual for a $500 bill. Things like not clearing the table before entrees come, making my guests move items on the table for the first course, when we ordered a bottle of wine, it was not presented to me. Just opened at the next table then poured. Very uncharacteristic of this hotel."

  • "The 4 Seasons chain should be embarrassed by the Graze restaurant. Slow disorganized service. I had soup and salad, wife waffles. The soup was good but the wine I ordered never arrived until after the salad arrived and I had to remind the waiter that I had ordered it. The waffles were stone cold when they arrived. It took 35 minutes for the salad, wine, and waffles to be served after I finished the soup. The waiter was not attentive, when we tried to get his attention he just turned away although we are sure he saw us trying to get his attention. When the manager dropped by, we explained and of course he was apologetic and tried to make it up to us by deducting the wine and waffle from the bill. Nice gesture but our brunch was ruined."

  • "The service was great. The menu was simple and uninspiring. The food was well prepared, but way too expensive given the product. Hopefully, the Four Seasons will reopen its primary restaurant soo ."

  • "While staying at the Four Seasons, we enjoyed a marvelous outdoor dinner at Graze. The interior has a relaxing and charming atmosphere as well. The menu is eclectic with items from many corners of the world. As the name states, you can graze the many categories on the menu from a light bite, to a larger meal. Here, they make simply dishes into delicious works of art. Try the Provolone fondue for a starter."

  • "Fabulous food, wonderful service, beautiful surroundings. Will definitely return."

  • "Very nice place even if I think they should have different furnitures outside. Great service, not pushy but efficient. Great food, delicate, european style. On the down side, $193 for three knowing that one glass of wine only is a part of that check, is very expensive for the area. You will pay less in Palm Beach because lets face it, even if it is called Four Seasons Palm Beach, well you are "kinda" in Lake Worth!"

  • "My first visit. Service was very attentive and the food was delicious. It is a place I would take my guests any time, knowing that they would never be disappointed."
    Dined on 9/4/2013
  • "Although the expectation was there that you would spend a little more because the restaurant is at the Four Seasons, the spend has to equal the quality. Quality was not there. Salmon was nothing special. If you would like to go for drinks and be on the beach, this is your place. If you're a foodie and have a pallet, not your place."
    Dined on 8/17/2013
  • "Just ok. I thought that it would be better. Service could have been better."

  • "Particularly for the price, the food is not that good. The taste of the crab cakes, $32, was slightly off and sat on what tasted like pureed parsnips, a odd combination that does not work. Service was good if a bit over-attentive. Restaurant advertises its view of the hotel's tropical garden, when, in fact, it is mostly a view of the hotel pool. With no fans, it was far too warm and humid to sit outside. Indoors was quiet and somewhat sterile feeling."

  • "We went there for our anniversary and everything was great. Food was awesome - I had the crab cakes and my wife had the salmon. Service was great and the view of the ocean is worth the drive!"

  • "I love going to Four Seasons for brunch & lunch, as the setting is perfect. Beautiful view, well-executed food, friendly staff -- always makes for a perfect location."

  • "Food was mediocre . We had the mahi and both felt it was nothing special. Lots of ingredients without harmonious flavor. The swiss chard side dish was swimming in oil and again lacked flavor. We expected better. Wine was good! Service was fabulous."

  • "Hamburger was fine if that's what you like. Not much on the menu to choose from. Otherwise it was OK."

  • "a lovely restaurant at this lovely resort; sit outside if you can, as the ambience is so nice (and it drowns out the sound of the children, which sometimes can be in over-abundance); limited but nice menu; excellent food; superb service"

  • "magnificent service and excellent food at this Four Seasons Resort restaurant; we were so pleased to be able to dine so well without leaving the premises"

  • "A little pricey. The presentation and taste was exceptional. The wait staff was right on the money. They were not over bearing and when we neded anything they were at our table, not once did any one in our party have an empty glass. They made mothers day very enjoyable."

  • "Graze is on the 4 Season's Patio overlooking the pool and, in the distance, the ocean. Seating outside preferable, although the interior dining room is beautiful. I would call this ideal "small plate" dining. Delicious, and different, appetizers and entrees. Very good fish. Have a drink in the 4 Season's beautiful bar, very serene and calming. Impeccable service."

  • "Our meal was delicious but due to holiday, too many screaming kids making it hard to converse and service was not as good as I remember from last time. The food will have me coming back but perhaps not near holiday"

  • "Went to Graze for new years eve. It was a prix fixe menu. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The evening was perfect. The staff, the food, the atmosphere exceeded our expectations."

  • "Having lunch or brunch at the Four Seasons overlooking the pool and the ocean is always a treat. Our reservation was for 11:30 on a Sunday morning, so we had a choice of the breakfast or lunch menu. Had we arrived earlier, there was the option of the breakfast buffet. Bozan was our waiter - experienced and friendly - and the service was excellent; as was the food. We sinned and had desserts which were equally excellent. The Graze is good value for the food, service and setting."

  • "food was superb for dinner, creative, delicious, plentiful server and all staff were excellent chilly night but heat lamps helped and they turned way down so we felt comfortable also had option to dine inside which was great to know some young boys were unruly and parents didn't control which spoiled everything else when they were done eating, should have been sent to room elsewhere but GRAZE is grand otherwise"

  • "Beautiful outdoor seating overlooking the pool area and ocean. Food and service were excellent."

  • "Don't be fooled by the foodie-looking menu, with the mandatory inclusion of some incomprehensible terms for preparations and ingredients. The food here is mothing short of superb, and the wait staff eager to help each diner select just the right meal. A surprisingly outstanding, and thoroughly enjoyable exprience."

  • "Our evening was "good" overall, but at the Four Seasons could have been a much better experience. Service was poor (one example: I ordered wine to be served with my dinner from 3 people, it finally arrived as I was finishing my entree), the metal seats are not that comfortable, the night we dined it was very cool and windy out and we were seated very far from the heater (there were tables much further away from the noisy plastic walls that were lowered, but we were only offered "inside or out"). Overall it was the poor service (from waiter, to bus-person, to host/manager who just didn't do a good job), that ruined the evening. Clearly this is the casual restaurant at the hotel, but casual shouldn't mean "lazy service.""
