  • "As you would expect, dining at a nice resort like the Four Seasons does not come cheap. But the food did match the costs and was wonderful. We highly enjoyed the dinner with friends. We sat outside and enjoyed the nice ocean breeze as well. However, the service was not up to par. While everyone was nice and friendly, you would expect to have it much more refined from the Four Seasons and their restaurants. They were very casual for a $500 bill. Things like not clearing the table before entrees come, making my guests move items on the table for the first course, when we ordered a bottle of wine, it was not presented to me. Just opened at the next table then poured. Very uncharacteristic of this hotel."

  • "The 4 Seasons chain should be embarrassed by the Graze restaurant. Slow disorganized service. I had soup and salad, wife waffles. The soup was good but the wine I ordered never arrived until after the salad arrived and I had to remind the waiter that I had ordered it. The waffles were stone cold when they arrived. It took 35 minutes for the salad, wine, and waffles to be served after I finished the soup. The waiter was not attentive, when we tried to get his attention he just turned away although we are sure he saw us trying to get his attention. When the manager dropped by, we explained and of course he was apologetic and tried to make it up to us by deducting the wine and waffle from the bill. Nice gesture but our brunch was ruined."
