This is the perfect place to take someone special or business clientele. The service was on the spot all the way from the hostess, bartender, and waiter. The only regret I had was not being able to try more dishes. My husband and I go there every year for is birthday. The food is AMAZING! The wait staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The bus boy/guy made sure our table was clean and our water gasses were full. The food is the best that we have ever had - each and every time we are there. Our filet's were cooked just the way we asked (mine: medium-well and my husband: medium). Our caprese salad was good (the tomatoes were not ripe, but they are not in season, so I should have known better) our appetizer of shrimp was awesome and the shrimp was cooked perfectly too. It being so large, it's a little anonymous for us, but the service was friendly and efficient. I think they have an army-sized staff. What would bring us back was the quality of the cooking. When you spend a large sum to go out to eat, it's always pleasant to eat something that is better-prepared than you could accomplish yourself. I'm a service snob and I can always find something to pick on... But not on this night, not at Gratzi, not with our server Tara. It was perfect!!
We were together a couple if days later and we spent time reminiscing about our meal and experience and how great everything was.

The menu was displayed on an IPad, so it's just a little bit more difficult to navigate, if you're used to flipping back and forth with a paper-based menu. However, the advantage is a lot more detail, especially about the wine selections. The menus items are listed in Italian, so it's key to have the server handy for explanations. That said, our server did an excellent job of recommending items and pairings. Service was prompt and professional, and not intrusive. The Mushroom Bisque was delicious.
