Grappa BistroAlways very friendly and goodThis is our favorite spot to eat before the theatre. They are very efficient and always have good food. The menu is great, as there are so many good choices. Although we couldn't sit on the porch as it was a little chilly we did have a lovely and tasty lunch with great service. We were the only and last guests to arrive. Food and service were exceptional. The ensalada della casa is very good. My friend raved about his boullabaisse and my lamb shank was superb. I noted that the Grappa Bistro is a wonderful find in a small town like Golden. My friend said it is a wonderful find anywhere. It was quiet, though we were the only people there besides three at the bar. The background music was light Parisian jazz and allowed for conversation.
