Gordon Ramsay Steak - Paris Las VegasLovely and AmazingEnjoyed this spot immensely! The food was spot on from the sea food platter (oysters, lobster, crab, prawns) to the porkbelly and cheesy grits appetizer that melted in my mouth. Also loved the fillet along with sides of mac and cheese and sauteed wild mushrooms. It was a perfect, romantic date spot and the wine was also delicious!6/15/2013 12:00:00 AMFood Lives up to the HypeDecor was unique, food was amazing. We all tried the signature Beef Wellington, delightful.6/15/2013 12:00:00 AMOne of the best-cooked steaks ...... that I've ever had. Although one is smart to be cynical about the food of celebrity chefs, and raises the question, "Can it really be that much better than everybody else?" at least in the context of Gordon Ramsay's steakhouse at the Paris casino, the answer is a solid "Yes". My ribeye steak was perfectly cooked to a juicy medium well, just as I ordered it, and wonderfully seasoned. The side orders were delicious (caution that you can't stop eating the mashed potatoes), and even the bread delivered as free appetizers was really good. It is one of those few places that is expensive but worth the money. The only caution is that the restaurant has two levels, and that if you get a booth on the second level there is no view.6/15/2013 12:00:00 AMGREAT Family NightDinner here was a wrap up to our family vacation to the Grand Canyon and Sedona - what an experience. Soup and salad starters set the stage for dinner. Then come the steaks. My daughter did the Kobe steak and me, my wife and son all stuck with the Rib Eye. All great, but the Kobe was EXCELLENT!! Bread is served - and its "knock your socks off". Sides are served "Family style" Wish I could have found this out ahead of time. Mac and Cheese with Blue Cheese is a MUST try. The loaded potatos are HUGE and still great a day later (Doggy Bag). You HAVE to do the desert, even if your full and a cappuccino. This included a chocolate "spoon" with liquor. You just have to go!!6/14/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazzzing!A bit expensive, but totally worth it! Best food I've ever had specially the dessert toffee w brown butter ice cream omg! To die for! I'm defiantly coming back just for this dessert!6/13/2013 12:00:00 AMLots of HypeRamsey's restaurants have the unfortunate problem of really high expectations. Will the food live up to the hype? I went straight for the Beef Wellington, the signature dish on the menu. As well we ordered the lobster appy. The appy was a beautiful piece of Maine lobster, exceptional. The Wellington melted in my mouth, simply divine!6/13/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent foodThe filet mignon was awesome the Wine list is very generous6/13/2013 12:00:00 AMDelicioso!!The tasting menu was scrumptious! The waiters were very courteous and friendly. It gave me a welcome and warm feeling to be there even though I dined alone. I was celebrating a new job. I liked receiving the souvenir signed menu as well. Thank you so much for everything!6/13/2013 12:00:00 AMBeen to ramsay several timesBeen to ramsay several times and every time its been great.6/13/2013 12:00:00 AMGordon Ramsay Steak ReviewAmazing dinner, kind staff, great table. It was pricey (which I was expecting), but definitely lived up to my expectations.6/13/2013 12:00:00 AMMost amazing dessert EVER!This restaurant was top notch for sure. The service was amazing and the food was delectable. I highly reccomend any of the kobe steaks or the beef wellington. For dessert the sticky toffee pudding is to DIE FOR! This is the best meal I have ever eaten!6/13/2013 12:00:00 AMThe food was excellent. TheThe food was excellent. The veal chop was the best I have ever eaten and the small pieces of ham in the asparagus side was wonderful. The decor was very trendy. My only complaint was although the dessert was great it was a very small portion for the price. My wife and I got it to share and literally it punted to a couple bites apiece. Still...a superb dining experience. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful.6/13/2013 12:00:00 AMGordon Ramsey SteakhouseFirst time here and was great! Great food and service was amazing! Defiantly a restaurant I would recommend going to whenever you visit Las Vegas!6/12/2013 12:00:00 AMSuperbWait staff was excellent and very knowledgeable. My Wife and I both got NY strip steaks that were cooked to perfection. The loaded baked potato was the best that I've ever had and should have a disclaimer saying that it's big enough for two!. The only downside was the candied brussel sprouts which were very dry and lacked flavor. We will be eating here again!.6/12/2013 12:00:00 AMDining at Gordon Ramsay'sDining at Gordon Ramsay's Steak house in Las Vegas was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend it.6/12/2013 12:00:00 AMSimply the best meal we've ever hadWe celebrated our Fourth Wedding Anniversary at GRS, had made the reservations two months in advance. My Wife and I have quite a bit of experience with different "levels" of food, and can appreciate an extremely wide variety of tastes, presentations, and the various qualities that make food desirable (or not). We've lived in Las Vegas for over a decade, and have been to MANY eateries ranging from taco trucks to various Chef's Tables at the highest of high-end dining.
Our experience at GRS was quite simply the best meal either of us have ever had. We will return.
But I understand those of you reading this will have a wide variety of expectations and culinary demands. For those hoping for a great meal, you've found your restaurant. Period.6/12/2013 12:00:00 AMNailed itWent for the legendary Wellington. Perfect. Oyster apps, don't pass them by. Surpassed our expectations. John our waiter did an excellent job, asst waiter and sommelier were great.6/12/2013 12:00:00 AMFood Good- AWFUL Hostesses-Truly!Girls at front are awful, extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional- with me, groups before & after mine. Poor attitudes- no eye contact, dismissive and simply bad. Lucky I chose to stay at this point - others were talking the same in the bar.. Once seated it improves. Service slow to start but improved. Started w delicious oysters & Hamachi-then of course the Beef Wellington- (45 min prep time).I enjoyed it mostly because I can say I have eaten the famous chefs dish. I prefer a simply grilled steak-Also ate a mix seafood grill- terrific! Then passion fruit choc cake was avg. served w/ French press coffee..$215 I must say that the hostesses at the front really put a damper on everything. Arriving early is a crime here- they are terrible!6/12/2013 12:00:00 AMWorth the PriceBeing huge Gordon Ramsey fans, my husband and I have always wanted to try one of his establishments. To our delight, Steak delivered, and then some! We arrived early and were seated at the bar for a cocktail. The Southside is a great twist on a Mojito and is very refreshing! The noise level inside the bar (which included music) was a bit annoying, and had to ask the wait staff to repeat themselves. The dining area's noise level was loud as well, but this was just caused from the open area and people conversing. Our wait staff was impeccable and catered to our every need. The food was everything we expected...delicious doesn't even come close! We enjoyed the signature Beef Wellington and Kobe Beef Rib Cap. AWESOME!!6/11/2013 12:00:00 AMgo for the kobe in a very cool placGo for the American Kobe fillet or rib cap steaks. You will not have better. The sides are large enough to share.6/10/2013 12:00:00 AMOur food was delicious. TheOur food was delicious. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The meat was so tender. The sides were delicious too!6/10/2013 12:00:00 AMEverything was fantastic.Everything was fantastic. Definitely lived up to expectations.6/10/2013 12:00:00 AMAnniversaryWhat a wonderful experience. Awesome food, great staff, and a great night!!!!! Worth the splurge.6/10/2013 12:00:00 AMBeef Great-ingtonGordon Ramsay Steak is the best place in Vegas for a unique and over the top dining experience! I recommend the onion soup and beef tartare to start off, followed by the Beef Wellington for 2, and capped off with the PB&J cheesecake and blueberry tart. The wait staff is well-versed and very knowledgable with the menu and drink list. They know their stuff well! They're very warm and friendly, and they engage in very pleasant conversations while you dine. The food, the ambience, the service, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations by a mile! It gets a 20/10!!! I will definitely be back for more!6/10/2013 12:00:00 AMEverything outstanding youEverything outstanding you have heard about a dining experience at one of Chef Ramsay's restaurants is true. From the time we arrived, until the last bite of the Sticky Toffee Pudding, it was impeccable. The staff attended to our every need and no detail was left unattended. I chose the British Ale Onion Soup for an appetizer. It was undoubtedly the most rich and flavorful onion soup I have ever had. My entrée was the Ramsay signature Beef Wellington which I paired with the Caramelized Brussels Sprouts. The Wellington was beyond compare and the Brussels Sprouts were a perfect companion. I finished with the Sticky Toffee Pudding with Brown Butter Ice Cream. This was undoubtedly one of the finest desserts which I have ever had.6/10/2013 12:00:00 AMi had the beef wellingtoni had the beef wellington as i have seen on tv hells kitchen, first time i had it, was great, melted in my mouth. my girlfriend had the sea bass, it was good, but the portion was small, not filling for her.6/10/2013 12:00:00 AMFabulous! My party of 4 ordered the HK sampler. The wait staff was superb and very knowledgeable. He eased our fears about the medium rareness of the beef wellington. Each course seemed like it exceeded the previous till dessert. The blueberry tart/ice cream was very tasty but did not seem to correlate with the rest of the meal. Nevertheless we enjoyed all the courses and our experience very much. We are huge fans of HK; Kitchen Nightmares as well as Master Chef. Thank you for a very memorable evening! WELL DONE!6/10/2013 12:00:00 AMLoved itEverything was good but the seared foie gras was amazing! A must try.6/9/2013 12:00:00 AMHighly recommend!Food was great and the service was impeccable!
The toffee pudding desert was AMAZING!6/9/2013 12:00:00 AMMelts in your mouth! The food was excellent, takes fine dining to new level. Everything we had was presented well, the entire night was meant to be an experience. Our wait staff was courteous and on top of it, even noticing a dropped knife while her back was turned. Everyone at our table loved their meal, and while it was expensive, it was well worth the cost. I only wish I could afford to go more often. There was someth8ing for every steak lover. A wonderful experience!!!6/9/2013 12:00:00 AMMy wife and I had a wonderfulMy wife and I had a wonderful experience at Gordon Ramsay Steak. By far the best meal we have ever had.6/8/2013 12:00:00 AMUnrealI brought my wife to Las Vegas for the first time. We both agreed that the Beef Wellington was the best meal we have ever eaten. Thank you for such a great evening.6/8/2013 12:00:00 AMDessertThe sticky toffee pudding was life changing...and that is not an understatement! The food was amazing, drinks were perfect and dessert was even better! Pricey but worth it!!6/8/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfectLoved everything about this place except for the hostess. Reservation at 9pm and we got sat at 9:30pm on our wedding night. I wanted a beer in the lounge where we were escorted and the waitress wasn't sure what I was talking about when I wanted Gordon's favorite beer the Inis and Gunn Stout. She had to check with the bar staff. Really??? Anyone who is paying $200 a dinner for 2 people should expect more attentive staff members than that. I was so disappointed with our 30 minute wait and and lounge waitress that I didn't even want a drink anymore. I had to go back to the host stand and ask the hostess what we should do since we weren't informed if they were going to notify us when our table was ready or anything. Food was increbible!6/8/2013 12:00:00 AMA Little to LoudSo I'm a big fan of Gordon Ramsey t.v. shows so since I was hear on my birthday weekend I thought what better place to celebrate it. You start off by walking through a tube which is suspose to be the link from Paris to London. It took a while to get drinks at the table, service seemed a little slow for a high end place. The music was loud, I love music but I want to talk to the person across the table and not have to yell. The food was good, I would recommend the Kobe Rib Eye Cap and the sticky toffee pudding, best dessert I've ever had. To me they more hostesses than waiters and servers. When I spending $300 for dinner for two I expect good and fast service. Our waiter was nice and did a great job, but I feel they need more waiters.6/8/2013 12:00:00 AMA perfect ending for our vacation!A perfect ending for our vacation! One more thing checked off the bucket list, lol6/6/2013 12:00:00 AMA Vegas trip highlight!Definitely in the top five restaurants I have eaten in! I had the signature Beef Wellington and it was out of this world. The steak was so tender it melted in your mouth. The sticky toffee pudding cake was to die for. Deserts were awesome, particularly the sticky toffee cake. All in all, a truly memorable meal.6/6/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat service, very friendlyGreat service, very friendly staff - British Ale onion soup and sticky toffee pudding are superb, the fish on the fish and chips plate was delicious, perfectly cooked, if poorly presented, overpriced somewhat - Beautiful ambiance, atmosphere in the place - an overall excellent restaurant experience!6/6/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent!Had dinner at Gordon Ramsay Steak Thursday June 6. Had an amazing dining experience. The food was superb and the service was amazing!6/6/2013 12:00:00 AMThis was a great experinceThis was a great experince for fine dining for my wife and I, service was second to none. A couple of comments would be the sides for enhancing your steak meal could be smaller if only one person is ordering the side we just find it wasteful to leave portions behind. The Mac n Cheese side I found to be heavy on the truffle oil, as it does have a unquie flavour, other than that the cheese flavour was very good.6/6/2013 12:00:00 AMDeliciousThe experience at Steak was amazing. The food was top notch (we did the Wellington of course) as was the service. We had both a waiter and a waiters assistant and so we were never wanting for anything.
For appetizers we had the pork belly, which was perfectly done. We also had the ravioli, which was just ok.
For dinner we all had the Beef Wellington. Beware, it is filling! We were all very hungry when we arrived but struggled to finish. It came with some small sides, so we ordered the tempura beans a la carte. They were good, but could not finish them either.
It's just a shame we did not have room for dessert. We will be back.6/5/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfect anniversary dinnerWe received a quiet both since we mentioned that this was our anniversary dinner when making reservations. The service was great and the staff were all very friendly. Great atmosphere.
Our whole meal was amazing and we would highly recommend the onion soup, beef Wellington and potato purée. We will definitely be making another reservation in the future.6/5/2013 12:00:00 AMloudvery loud,,,,not what i wanted,,,,,however service and food great6/5/2013 12:00:00 AMUnbelievableWe were on a trip to Las Vegas for the first time and had to visit Gordon Ramsays 'STEAK' in the Paris Hotel. Both being huge foodies and Hells Kitchen/MasterChef/Kitchen Nightmares fans, this was a must. Ramsay is a huge Beef Wellington guy so we had to try it out and were NOT disappointed at all. Service was outstanding, friendly and easy to communicate with regarding anything you needed along with the menu. Food was incredible. Exactly what the hype suggested. Cooked to perfection, cut with a butter knife tender and melt in your mouth good. The PB and J cheesecake and toffee pudding are definite musts for dessert!!! We will make another stop the next time we are in town!!6/5/2013 12:00:00 AMThe ability to write a privateThe ability to write a private note to the restaurant below is very limited. I can't elaborate on what I need to say. It has to do with seating. My wife and I eat at Gordon's every Vegas visit and have always been extremely impressed with the overall dining experience with the exception of one time last year when our party of six were tucked away upstairs in a back room. No ambience and the service was not enjoyable. Needless to say, all my boasting about Gordon's to my party of six went right out the window as this was their first experience. We're going to try again in July. I have made reservations and specifically asked not to be placed in the back room. No guarantees but was told to arrive at 8:00 or later.6/4/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Wellington. This was my second time at the location. The signature Beef Wellington is to die for. Other food is good, but nothing over the top. Was somewhat disappointed in the service compared to other Vegas top locations and dining. Not real vegetarian friendly or appropriate for teenagers.6/4/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellentThe steaks were perfectly cooked, side dishes were excellent, and the wine was wonderful.6/4/2013 12:00:00 AMSteaks done to PerfectionI'd always wanted to try Gordon Ramsay's food especially the beef wellington. We were were surprised by a service that matches the price in the menu (something that is rare in alot of restraunts even fine dining ones). Its a show in and of itself. Even the bus boys were not just bus boys they were impeccably dressed and quick to clear and clean the table between courses and very very polite. Our waiter was really wonderful and quick, when an item was forgotten he was geniunely surprised and quick to fix it. He was also like I suspect all their wait staff impeccebly trained on all the items on the menu and the cuts of beef. From start to finish it was worth every penny we spent. If I died tomorrow I'd die happy after having that meal!6/4/2013 12:00:00 AMFirst time dinersMy boyfriend and I went to Gordon Ramsay Steak for his birthday while we were on vacation in Las Vegas. We are only in our mid twenties and don't go out to high end restaurants too often. We felt like royalty at this restaurant. All staff members treated us wonderfully. It was truly an amazing meal. We will definitely go back again.6/4/2013 12:00:00 AMBeyond PhenomenalAmazed at how stealth and precise the staff were when serving. The ambience and décor, plus modern pulse of the music was just right.
We began our meal with the seafood tower. Freshest lobster, clams, oysters, and prawns atop ice medallions and seated on a silver octopus stand. Beautiful. We had to have the signature beef wellington for two and it did not disappoint. The most glistening pastry and tender, unbelievably spot on cooked beef within. The flavor outstanding. A touch of garden vegetables and potato puree was perfect. For desert, we had the toffee pudding. How grand!. Warm pudding cake with a caramel sauce and butter ice cream. Truly heaven. Plus the pressed coffee was the best around.6/4/2013 12:00:00 AM
