Truffle mac and cheese was good but too much truffle flavor for my tastes. Sticky toffee pudding for dessert was very good. The waiter was very pleasant and well informed on the menu and added to the experience. The 2 flaws were the hostess' cold and factual greeting and the fact that there does not appear to be a dress code. Unique yet tasteful decor. We arrived early, as I am in the habit of doing. We found seats and drinks at the bar and were seated within 15 min. Perfect. We ordered the Beef Wellington for two. I have never had Beef Wellington Before, and I fear the second time will be disappointing, as this might of been the best piece of cow I have ever consumed. There are many excellent places in Vegas to get an excellent steak meal. We were greeted warmly and escorted to our table and the hostess felt it necessary to point out the "Chunnel" interpretation, which we already knew about and then tried to elaborate about the neon scribble on the ceiling which I was intrigued with, but couldn't really hear her because the music was a little too loud. Food was outstanding. Service was attentive, although sometimes TOO attentive. The sommelier did not try to upsell me on our wine selection and did not have an "attitude" about us not ordering a $200 bottle of wine. We ordered the tasting menu and it was a true culinary experience. The beef Wellington, the risotto, the scotch egg, oh my God.
Don't even get me started on the deserts. Just decadent and delicious.
If you watch the servers and food runners it is like watching a ballet.
They pay attention to even the smallest detail. They know what you may need before you know what you need.
I would have to say that the food at this place is possibly the best I've ever had and I have eaten at wonderful restaurants around the world. We made reservations months ahead of time on Opentable and we were seated exactly at our reserved time. The only downside to our visit was we were crammed in a corner of the restaurant with alot of other tables literally 12 inches apart. Other than that, we had the beef wellington for two and it was to die for! For dessert we ordered the sticky toffee pudding to share. I have to say it was the best dessert I have ever eaten! I would go back just for that and I am not even a dessert person! If you want a quiet, romantic, private setting this is not the place for you. We had the Hells Kitchen Tasting Menu with the wine pairing and we were blown away. It was a very expensive meal but in comparison to everything else in Vegas I felt it was the best value we got for our dollar throughout our entire stay($495.00 before tip). Ramsay was actually there too!! I ordered the NY steak medium well, which I realize many people tabu about, but like I have always said, a good chef can cook a steak even well done and it will be tender and juicy, and believe me, I was not disappointed!! We were a few minutes and were asked to wait at the bar. It was VERY noisy, but only had about a 20 minute wait. Gordon Ramsey was in the restaurant and was having pictures taken with other diners in the restaurant.
We were escorted to the 2nd floor and were taken to a booth along the back wall. Although it was much quieter than the main floor, we seemed distand to the "excitment" and "ambiance" of the restaurant.
The food was nothing short of spectacular. However, all of this does come with a price tag. Our check was over $600. Had the Beef Sliders for an appetizer. Delicious. My husband had the Short Ribs which we also delicious. I had the chicken. It was just ok, however nothing special, which disappointed me for this restaurant. Service was great. Ambiance was great. Be aware, you have to pay $9 for a bottle of water, so if you don't NEED water skip it.

The bone-in rib eye was the finest steak that we have ever had!!!! It was big, tender and scrumptious. The sticky toffee desert with brown butter ice cream was wonderful and a great closing to a stunning experience. The restaurant lived up to its hype and was worth additional dollars.

Attentive wait staff and the piece de resistance, the "meat wagon"! A trolley of steak cuts with mirrors that give an all around view of the meat quality. A "lesson" on steak cuts that's unforgettable. The food is perfection--we had the house fillet (medium rare) along with a baked potato with smoked proscuitto and an incredible gouda bechamel sauce. Save room for desserts! Blueberry tart with a lemon ice cream and the Sticky toffee pudding with the brown butter ice cream (shaped into the form of a stick of butter) outstanding. I can't wait to see the number of Michelin stars this restaurant will get! A "must" Las Vegas visit.5/6/2013 12:00:00 AMA Vegas Must!Had dinner at Gordon Ramsay Steak the last night in Vegas. This was my third visit to the restaurant and I certainly wasn't disappointed! When the hostess took us to our table in a quiet corner, we requested a different one since this was my friend's first time to the restaurant. We wanted to be seated in the main area to enjoy the ambiance. We were taken to a wonderful table upstairs where we could look out over the lower level of the restaurant. It was wonderful - just like the meal! The steaks were done to perfection and the macaroni and cheese (that was definitely enough to share) was to die for!

Service is outstanding. I counted 6 different people who attended to us from the hostess who showed us to our table, server who took our order, two waiters who served the food, bus boy who kept our water topped up and manager who checked on us.
I had filet mignon and my husband had the bone-in rib eye. Both were cooked rare as requested. My husband said his steak was outstanding.
The Sticky Toffee pudding was delicious and so light. The toffee sauce was perfect and it was accompanied by butter ice cream.
