  • "I was a little bit late, i tried to call the restaurant two times but no one was answering at the phone. When I arrived, i had to wait a little bit for the valet. Finally i was at the check in with 16 minutes of delay to the reservation time and they did not give me a table because i was 1 (one) minute after the maximum delay. Absurd, for a restaurant where i was going to spend 440 dollars (two tasting menu at 145 each + wine pairings)... I have gone to the best restaurants in the world, never seen something like that. Never more a reservation there in my life. (My rate at the food is only theoretical)"

  • "Dinner was AMAZING!! went down to vegas for my 21st birthday and knew that I would have to eat at the restaurant at least once. Walked in and the service was on top of the ball, our waiter was amazing and the support staff could not have been any better! Of course,I had to try the famous beef wellington which was melt in your mouth good, the steak was so tender you could cut it with a fork.. oh and don't forget to try the sticky toffee pudding MIND BLOWINGLEY GOOD!! What made my night though was when a very special person walked in the restaurant *wait for it.. drum roll please* Chef Gordon Ramsay and his wife with Victoria and David Beckhem!!! defiantly one birthday that I will remember. Will be going back there for dinner every vegas trip"

  • "My wife and I chose to spend our one year wedding anniversary dinner at Gordon Ramsay Steak this year. We had a wonderful experience. The service was fastidious and the food exquisite! The gentleman who waited on us was very knowledgeable of the menu, the wine, the history of the restaurant, EVERYTHING! He was prompt, our food was DELICIOUS and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone who can appreciate fine dining!"

  • "Our waiter was a bit rude and standoffish. We asked if sides were big enough to share, said no-- so we all ordered sides: 12 pieces of asparagus, a potato the size of a kids doll and a mini crock of mac n cheese. It was way too much food. One of our guest ate a salad, was turned off that's all she ordered. Other than that food was great and water service was impressive."

  • "From the moment you walk in you are taken on a little journey by the hostess. Everything from the London Train entrance to the signature Gordon Ramsay red chandelier lights you know you are in for a treat. We were greated and served our drinks and amazing bread shortly after being seated. We ordered the signature Beef Wellington and it was everything amazing and more. Our visit to Steak was definitely the culinary high point of our trip to Vegas. Can't wait to go back!"

  • " I review online a fair bit and eat out a lot and booked this restaurant as our special night out in Vegas. Had high expectations but was really disappointed. The girls that greet you on arrival were great, friendly and very accommodating. The fit out of the restaurant was really disappointing, it felt cheap and tacky. The experience felt very touristy and like they were trying to pump cattle through. The restaurant was loud and our waiter couldn't really hear us and seemed to find our Australian accents irritating and difficult which hadn't been a problem anywhere else. The somilier was great, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . The food was actually very nice but also very expensive."

Close quarters reminded me of a cafeteria where you cannot help being part of the party on either side's conversation. Would expect more distance between tables at such an otherwise classy place. We were a party of two which could be the issue."

  • "I celebrated my 40th birthday with the Hell's Kitchen tasting menu including the wine pairings. I cannot say enough how amazing this evening was. The food and wine were perfect, the staff kept our glasses full and tables clear. Although, after telling the hostess and server that we were celebrating there was nothing. When dessert was served the staff who delivered the food was shocked that the table burst out in a happy birthday. Guess someone dropped the ball....the price was high but worth every penny for me as a once in a lifetime experience."

  • "We ordered three of their signature 24 oz Rib Eye Streaks. Two of them the meat quality were excellent, but one of them is extremely poor. It felt like chewing rubber, just can't swallow it down. Fortunately the management was very helpful and removed the bad steak from our bill. That's the reason they earned 4 stars from me."

  • "Very disappointing. Service was terrible. 20 minutes to place a drinks order & waiter seemed more interested in explaining how to use the electronic tablet than actually taking our order. Another waiter reached right across me & tried to clear away our bread plates while we were still eating, apparently to give us more room! Steak waiter parked the display trolley right on my shoulder so that when I turned to greet him, I had a half a cow in my face. There seemed to be a lot of staff just wandering around doing nothing except looking at what everyone was doing. Very strange & a little uncomfortable. Thank goodness for the food. Flavours of the shrimp cocktail were a delight and the signature Beef Wellington, exceptional."

  • "We ate here for our last night out in Vegas. We had a reservation and used that to jump ahead of the big line that had formed. The hosts and waiting service were amazing! Be prepared to pay for every little thing though, water is $8 a bottle and they will keep refilling your glasses and even getting you more bottles if you don't pay attention. The food was AMAZING! By far the best thing we've ate in our lives. Somes dishes have smaller portions than others, so be prepared for that and if you have time/money go for the desert. Our only problem overall was that our cards had hit a daily limit and wouldn't take for payment. Management was very NOT understanding or helpful, and this really dampened our evening. But it all worked out in the end."

  • "We had high expectations when we booked our reservations and we were still amazed. The servers were knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and treated us like royalty. The food was so much above what we imagined. There is just no way to know how good it is without trying it. The beef wellington melted in our mouths and the selection of bread alone was worth the trip. It was the highlight of our trip to Las Vegas, and we will definitely go again if we are able. Thank you Chef Ramsay, and thank you to all your staff as well. It was better than we could have ever anticipated."

  • "We have been to this restaurant a number of times and typically get my favourite dish, the beef wellington, but this time I decided to try something new. I ordered the double pork chop and it was amazing. I would recommend highly recommend it to anyone. I coupled it with a side of mac and cheese and it was absolutely delicious. It doesn't sound like a lot of food, but as usual, I couldn't finish my meal."

My steak had good flavour and was cooked correctly but was definetly on the chewy side . My wifes meal was great but her side was over salted."

  • "I am pretty good at adapting to my environment, so acting classy when we normally go for burgers was easy for me. My husband on the other hand, was a little out of his element out by the whole experience. There were far too many people coming to and from the table for us to enjoy each others company. The music was so loud that we were forced to sit in silence for much of the time. The food was not incredible, it was a bit bland and not very fruitful. The only reason we filled up was because of the dessert. It had a very pretentious feel to it instead of an elegant and classy meal for a couple of love birds."

  • "My husband and I were very excited to go to this restaurant. We did an early dinner and were seated immediately. The young woman who sat us told us two things while we were taken to our seats...about the tunnel we went through and an art installation on the ceiling. I've never felt like someone disliked their job more. She explained it in a very monotone I hate saying this kind of way. We were served immediately but felt like we were packed in like sardines. We ordered our drinks...received those then ordered our food. I kid you not, my soup came 3 minutes later. Guess they didn't want us there very long. We ordered the bone-in rib eye which was delicious. We were in and out in 45 min. Not the romantic dinner we hoped for."
