Dining At The Very Best. From The Minute You Enter, You Will Be Treated To Dining Like It Was For Royalty. Being Seated At Our Table, We Had Service That Just Is Mind Blowing Great. The Gentleman Seating Us Was Charming, With A Personality So Warming. The Waiter Was Just As Impressive Doing His Job. Ours Drink Glasses Were Never Empty And The Bread Was A real Yummy For The Tummy. Brought Table Side Was A Actual Display Of All Their Meat Cuts, Thoroughly Explained For Us To Choose From. We Ordered Appetizers, Shrimp Cocktail (3 Large Prawn) And A Caesar Salad Containing A Scotch Egg, Just Delicious With Flavor. For The Main Course A 24oz Bone-in-Rib Eye Cooked To Perfection. In Closing, I Can Only Say That It Was The Dining At The Very Best. Thank You Gordon Ramsay's Steakhouse. I Will Be Back, You Can Bet On That!

Being in Las Vegas for the first time and only spending 4 days I wanted to make my dining experience unforgettable. I love Gordon Ramsay and use his recipes all the time so I figured this would be it! Upon arriving to the restaurant I was extremely impressed with the exterior as well as the interior. The hostess was amazing and gave me hopes that my dining experience was going to be exactly what I wanted. Immediately after being seated everything changed. The waiter came over with the drink menu as well as the meal menu. Before the entire party of 4 could review the drink menu the waiter came by twice and asked what we wanted for drinks. Normally I would just consider this fast service but I'm paying for the atmosphere and a quality dining experience and we all felt rushed. We then received our appetizers before even getting bread, which we then had to ask for after eating the appetizers. From that point on we all felt like we were being treated like children in an adult restaurant. I may not eat out at expensive and fancy restaurants on a daily basis but I never imagined it would be like this when I did. I am paying just as much money as the next guy and would like to be treated that way. I felt as if this waiter was not expecting a good tip from us so he did not give us the service we deserved. Also when making my reservation I wrote that it was for one of our parties birthdays. To which nothing was mentioned or offered to celebrate it. Why ask in the reservation theses questions of your not going to follow through? With that all being said I enjoyed the food but the service was not at the standard I would expect from a restaurant run by Gordon Ramsay.

This place is great. From the decor and how they tried to simulate moving you from Paris to London on the Chunnel to the oustanding food. If you're looking for a great and large meal, this is the place to go. The prices are what one would expect from a 5 star celebrity chef restaraunt, and they are well worth it. The size of the steaks are amazing. I had Ramsay's signature dish, beef wellington and it was awesome. Don't eat before you go...save room for all the great food.

My husband and I finally got away without our daughter for the first time. We decided to treat ourselves. I love Gordon Ramsay and had a great experience at Burgr where my server reccommended Steak. I was nothing but impressed with the experience, service, wine selection, and of course, food! Every bite made us smile and it was a very romantic atmosphere. I can't wait to go back!

Our dinner at Gordon Ramsay Steakhouse in Las Vegas was truly the best meal I have ever eaten. I took the waiter's suggestion on the Wagyu beef and it was wonderful. I also recommend the fried oyster appetizer and Mac and cheese side dish. We were seated promptly and the service was helpful but never intrusive.

Had dinner over the weekend, perfect meal. This is our 3rd meal here and my only complaint was the BLASTING techno "thump, thump, thump," coming from the bar. We have made that complaint via Open Table, Trip Advisor and Yelp. On this trip to Las Vegas, a guest requested we dine at Gordon's and I warn her about the noise level. Anyway we made reservations and was pleasantly surprised that the techno music was all but gone, only slightly detected inside the bar area only. SO, Gordon Ramsey's Steakhouse has finally got it right. Excellent meat selection, wonderful service, perfect menu. Can't wait to return.

Chef Ramsey is known for his beef wellington. Last year when I was here it was excellent and I really looked forward to it again this year. Well this year it was mediocre. The pastry part of the wellington was very salty. The beef itself had no flavor. Our waiter did not do the beef presentation until after we asked him about it. He tried throwing me under the bus and said that he was going to do it two different times, but Inwas on the phone?!? Therefore at this point my boyfriend and I told him nevermind. He insisted on doing so anyway. By the time he did the presentation we were almost finished with dinner. During the 'better late than never-presentation, he recomended a marble beef. I said, 'well, we would have tried that had you given us the presentation beforehand!' He acted like he didn't hear that. My boyfriend and I were very disappointed and agreed that there is no need to return Chef Ramsey Steak. After paying over $200 for this experience we can take our hard-earned money elsewhere.

What a perfect dining experience! I wanted to take my wife out for a great steak dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Our server, Yaron was personable, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. Despite being a very busy man, he gave us time and personal interaction, without ever making us feel rushed. In concert with Ken, our sommelier, we had an amazing “event” meal. My wife has food allergies which always present challenges when we go out, but her needs were accommodated without issue. She had been craving a great steak and was prepared to go with the bone-in rib eye (her favorite cut). However, deft guidance from Yaron resulted in her selection of the rib cap. It was perfectly cooked and incredible in the mouth. I only hope our local butcher will know what we are asking for, as we had never heard of that cut before. I went with the Beef Wellington, which was better than I had imagined after seeing it used to shame or ridicule aspiring chefs in countless Hell’s Kitchen episodes. I received perfection. Cooked perfectly, the piece of meat was absolutely flawless from the first bite to the last. Before we got down to steak, my wife reveled in her bone marrow appetizer. It was perfectly “suffered” giving it a great crust atop the unctuous marrow. I started with the onion soup, which may have been the best version I have ever had. The pancetta roll was one of the tastiest treats I have had in a long time. All of this deliciousness was complimented by Ken’s suggested wine, a lovely Châteauneuf-du-Pape. He embraced our desire to have a beautiful meal, was helpful, friendly and approachable. I concluded w/Sticky Toffee Pudding. I was too full to finish it (but enjoyed if for breakfast with coffee…). It was delicious! The French press coffee enhanced the pleasure. My wife enjoyed a 20 year port that brought her meal to conclusion, perfectly. Finally, the service was top to bottom, outstanding. Even the busboys I encountered were polite and helpful.

We tried the signature sample fall menu. Food was good except the potato and octopus salad. There are more potatoes and only half of one tentakles. Not enough to taste the course. The entre Beef Wellington was cexellent. Beef cooked at medium rare is just done right. The desert was very nice. Noise level is quite high and the tables are too crowded. Service is excellent.

We have eaten at Ramsay Steak before and was so looking forward to this anniversary dinner. The food was outstanding roll your eye fantastic the service was beyond excellent BUT, the music was beyond loud. My husband and I were sitting less than 4 feet apart and couldn't have any type conversation (NOTE: we were seated upstairs for the first time). We asked to have the music turned down to several wait staff each one said it was not possible and that it is has been a common complaint. We finally talked to the GM and he too said there was nothing he could do the rules are the rules....AND that it is a very common complaint. I guarantee you if Gordon and his lovely wife were in our situation the music would have been turned down. One more comment we ate lunch at his Pub and Grill the next day and mentioned it to staff there and they also said they here that complaint all the time regarding Ramsay Steak. NOT A PLACE FOR A LOVELY ANNIVERSARY DINNER. We sat at the bar waiting for our table to ready before dinner and wish we had stayed at the bar. Next time we will definitely stay at the bar.

This was a birthday gift that I will never forget. Food was amazing and the service above reproach. The Hot sticky Toffee was the best dessert I have ever tasted. The Wellington was great. Don't let any negative reviews change you mind. The place is loud but that has nothing to do with management, there are a lot of people talking. The music helps cut through that. The staff from the door greater to the managers make you feel important and everyone cares if you are happy. The food is priced as expected but keep in mind, the servings are large and they don't mind splitting the food for two people to share. The loaded baked potato is giant so share it. This dinner experience was the best part of our trip and we had a blast! Eat and enjoy!

In a word awesome. I've seen Gordon Ramsay on TV talking about beef Wellington which I had never cared for, I tried it at his restaurant and was blown away by how good it was.We had the tasting menu with the wine pairing. It was expensive but in the end well worth the dual birthday dinner that we had. I would definitely recommend this place for a special occasion.

After watching Gordon Ramsay on TV I wanted to see if his food was really ALL that! I had never tried Beef Wellington and since it was our 25th wedding anniversary I wanted to try it badly. The only bad thing I have to say about this visit is, the loud music. The lighting, decor and ambiance where perfect except for that. What I noticed right off, was the friendliness of the WHOLE staff. There wasn't an unfriendly face in the place and it didn't seem forced either. Oliver our server was quick and very observant. If our glasses even got close to quarter full either him or another server came around to top off our glasses. This was truly a night of trying new things so I had Beef Tartar while my husband had the British Ale Onion soup. I don't think I ever had capers before, but I didn't care, because the Tartar was perfectly balanced in it's seasoning. My husband loves Onion soups and he stated this was the best he ever had. We shared a Beef Wellington and the 45 minute wait was so worth it! The meat was so very tender and I never thought meat could melt on your tongue, but it did. I want to know how they made the potato puree that the Wellington sat on, because it was the smoothest I have ever had. We are good eaters and I was afraid the meal wouldn't have been enough, but it was just perfect to also be able to enjoy a dessert. Everybody has been raving about the Sticky Toffee Pudding, so I had to try it. My husband had the cheese cake. Let's just say 5 days later we are still drooling over it all and want more. It was the perfect dinner for our wedding anniversary and we didn't care how much it cost. This meal was truly Heaven on a plate and I would go to any Ramsay restaurant in a heart beat. In fact we did go to his BURGR restaurant to have lunch a couple days later! Gordon Ramsay does deserve his Michelin stars and I wish there was one of his restaurants closer to where we live in Virginia! 5 stars all around!

The steak was without doubt the best I have ever had and the rest of the meal was able to match it for quality and service. However, the one problem is that the music is just FAR TOO LOUD. The waiter had to bend down to take our order as talking in a normal tone of voice is simply a waste of time! When I go to a restaurant I want to be able to hold a conversation with my fellow diners. So my question is: is this a restaurant or is it the new, trendy, hip place to be seen (yet not heard obviously)? Please make a decision, as it can't be both.

It was fabulous! We were able to get the tasting menu which was $$$$$, but I knew this when I booked my reservation. Living it up Vegas style. The food was exactly how described and well worth the money. The whole experience was fabulous from start to finish. They knew exactly who we were from the time we checked in to when we finished dining. They offered us our waiting time in the bar and knew when it was time for us to sit down for dinner and even took our drinks for us. Never felt more welcomed and one on one with the staff. Great experience and will definitely be talking about this for months. I even walked away with a surprise signed autographed picture with copy of min tasting menu in a holder. One happy girl.

Best Steak I've had in my life! The beef tar tar is to die for. The waiter took the time to explain different cuts of beef with the help of a display trolley. Enjoyed the chat with the waiter and listening to his story about how Gordon would appear now and then unannounced and asking for a table in his own restaurant.

There were so many positive reviews about Steak Las Vegas that it made us think they were probably paid bogus reviews. We came in like a doubting thomas but left in awe. Their Beef Wellington was tender and moist, just the way your grandma would have cooked it for you. It was comfort food for us, so yummy that it reminded you of family dinners& special occassions. We also tried the Kurubota pork belly and it was fantastic too! A soft rectangular slab of pork oozing with all those piggy goodness and glazed with their special sauce. A must try for meat lovers. We ended our dinner with their popular Toffee Pudding with Butter ice cream. How can you go wrong with ice cream that tastes like butter? Heavenly! Truly a dessert to die for!

I requested my steak to be cooked just so the pink was out or barely pink. The waiter asked me if it was OK to butterfly the steak, I said 'no'. (In my opinion that can dry it out). It was still quite pink. Maybe my fault, I didn't send it back. Probably should have.

Wasn't what I expected. We did the Hells Kitchen tasting menu and while everything tasted good, I was expecting more. The music was horribly loud, like ask you waiter to repeat himself and still can't hear him loud. At one point while in the bar waiting for our table my head was pounding to the music. This had hit the point of loud to painful. Thankfully the music was turned down a little towards the end of our meal as the restaraunt started clearing out. When we decide to spend $400 on a meal, I expect to be blown away. I think if we would have done the ala cart menu we would have been happier. I kind of felt like I was paying a higher price for the name.

Being a big Ramsay fan and a fan of beef Wellington I was pretty excited. The Wellington was a letdown. Dry. It was pink but overlooked, ie true medium. And not enough gravy. Very disappointing. On the bright side, my brother had the Kobe steak. I tried a piece. Awesome. One of the best things either of us has ever eaten. Cooked perfectly in every possible respect. Dessert was a peanut butter and chocolate torte of some sort. Out of this world. You have to get if you go. Would go back for sure but would stick to regular steak. Tina and shrimp appetizers were outstanding.

I ordered the Kobe cap. The steak was perfectly cooked, tender and the taste was awesome. The restaurant was a bit noisy but it could be because it was crowded (Saturday night). This was my third time there and I will definitely go again. The steak is worth the price.
