  • "The entire experience was amazing. Could not have asked for more. We will definitely be back. "

  • "My husband and I enjoyed the food. The noise from the music was overpowering. We could barely hear the waiter when he spoke to us. We could barely hear each other. We did ask about the loudness and were told that others had complained as well but they were not able to turn it down. "

  • "My husband took me to this restaurant for my birthday, from the moment we arrived, we knew this restaurant was top notch. The staff were so nice, and so efficient. From the fancy cocktails, to our meal, wine and dessert it was an amazing dining experience. Being that it's a steak house and we saw the "wheel of steak cuts", my husband and I both ordered a kobe steak, it melted in our mouths! Everything exceeded our expectations. We were on the fence as to weather or not we order dessert, but so glad we did. We opted for Gordon's signature sticky toffee pudding, it was light fluffy and nothing short of amazing (and since it was my birthday they even added a birthday candle, very cute). We highly recommend this steakhouse! "

  • "I am a person who loves fine dining, and Ramsay's was by far the best dining experience of all time. There was not one thing that I would change about this restaurant;the food, service and atmosphere were superb. It was my best experience in Vegas,as well as his other eatery,Burgr. This place was so good I am planning to return to Vegas soon just to eat there.I had the famous beef wellington, mac and cheese, and dessert. Every dish was totally awesome, even better than I could have imagined. This dining experience was a dream come true for me on my 60th birthday.Perfection on a plate.I LOVE Ramsay!!!! "

  • "Our meal was superb! 6oz of the A5 Kobe was some of the best I have eaten anywhere. Ramsey held up to his standards that he displays on his shows. The only thing I would say is that the music a just a bit to high. Didn't bother me all that much as I was in food heaven!"

  • "This was more than outstanding experience. Our choice was quite simple. Some appetizers, beef wellington for two, wine and desserts. Appetizers were very good. The beef wellington was brilliant. However, the sticky toffee pudding was finger licking good. It was probably the best dessert I have ever eaten in my life. :) Moreover, the service was absolutely brilliant. Invisible when it was needed, and helpful in every aspect. The only disadvantage of this place was a bit too noisy music."

  • "The food and the atmosphere was great, the service was good but our waiter seemed a little uninterested. I had the pork belly and beef Wellington and it was delicious! Even the complimentary breads were our of this world. Would definitely come back!"

  • "Thé best steak ever! Impeccable service. Expensive but well worth it"

  • "By far, this has been one of the best dining experiences my husband and I have had. The food was spectacular (I savored the Wagyu Kobe Filet and my husband the Beef Wellington) and our sides of truffle mac and cheese and asparagus exceeded any expectations we had. The waiter was very attentive but not pushy (we stayed for over 3 hours), the sommelier visited the table with excellent wine knowledge, and the support staff made sure we had everything we needed. This is one of the most expensive dinners we have had as well, but it was well worth the money. Gordon Ramsay knows what he is doing! The next time we visit Vegas, this will definitely be on our list."

  • "I had an anniversary dinner there last week. Food was just phenomenal, and customer services was just amazing! Our table was always clean, empty dishes were taken away within a couple minutes so no empty dishes sitting on the table, and everything we ordered was just gorgeous! Everyone working at this restaurant looked just happy and that makes customers happy. Music was just enough volume so I did not have to scream talk like some other restaurants. I would totally recommend from what I had is Maine Lobster, side of mushrooms, asparagus, sticky toffee pudding, and beef willington. We are planning to have a trip to Scotland next year or so, and now thinking about stopping at England and visit the chef Ramsay original restaurant there!"

  • "My first visit, we did the 5-course tasting menu which was superb! Based on that experience, I brought two guests back this time. Our table wasn't ready at our reservation time. We ordered from the menu this visit. Everything was delicious. Mac-and-cheese was very unique with blue cheese and peas -creamy and wonderful! The steaks my guests ordered looked good & perfectly cooked. However, my Beef Wellington for one was a little disappointing. Cooked perfectly, but was cut in half so the juices leaked and the pastry was soggy. It wasn't as good as my first visit, but I wasn't going to complain and wait 45 minutes for another one. After trying mine, my guests were happy they ordered other entrees. The service, however, was exceptional!"

  • "We enjoyed ourselves here last year but the service was so poor on this night it was almost laughable. Our party of 4 waited too long for our first cocktail, then, a wrong drink served to one of us. Ordered a pricey bottle of wine and had to serve it to ourselves. We had to asked to have the empty bottle removed ALONG with our cocktail glasses. Wrong appetizer served to two of us then a long wait to get the correct order. Observed confusion at the adjoining table over entree placement. Once we ordered our Head Waiter never came back to ask how things were, just presented us with the bill."

  • "The restaurant was quiet and a much more relaxed feel than we had expected...Food was delicious, arrived with perfect temperatures and presentation was excellent...Beef Wellington seem to be the favorite from viewing the food arriving around us... We had bone in Ribeyes.....delish......appetizers, excellent and bread plate so different, delicious and perfect.....Would make the dining experience again on next trip to Vegas...."

  • "My friend and I loved this restaurant. The food was so good and the service was amazing-loved our waiter! Beyond that I also enjoyed the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to others!"

  • "As a viewer of Kitchen Nightmares, I was looking forward to experiencing Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris in Las Vegas, and I wasn't disappointed. My husband and I both agreed that the bone-in ribeye that we got was quite possibly the best steak ever! The service was top notch- very attentive!"

  • "We had a reservation at 8:45pm and seated right away. I understand it's Vegas and they hire the receptionists by looks only but come on, be nice to your customer. She was rude and our experience went downhill from there. We had the Hells Kitchen tasting menu and we left hungry. Food was good but nothing exceptional."

  • "My wife, 16 year old son and I had a fantastic evening dining at "Steak" on April 8, 2014. (16 year old's birthday). I was put off at first due to the very poor service by the hostesses that were working the door and waiting lounge. Evening was rescued by the impeccable service once we were seated at a great table with a view of the kitchen activities. Fabulous wine, incredible steaks (rib-eye and bone in NY) and 3-sides all cooked/seasoned perfectly (brussel sprouts were spot on). Coffee and deserts (sticky toffee pudding can not be justly described, has to be eaten), pressed coffee service was a perfect finish. Waiter and table attendant were the best we have ever come across and we will be back."

  • "My wife and I have been a total of 5 times to Ramsay Steak at the Paris over a span of a couple of years since it opened. Each time got less and less special than the first. This time, we had a reservation for 615. We showed up a bit early (6pm) and they asked us to have a seat in the bar side and said it would just be 10 minutes or so. 35 minutes later they came and found us but not after looking lost and having no way to track down who people were haha. On our reservation we specifically requested a seat near the kitchen because we love watching the chefs and the team work. We were seated almost as opposite as you can get from that and right in the middle of high traffic areas. The actual steak itself at this place is awesome though!"

  • "Great place, good food, good service but it is quite pricey."

  • "We ate here for my birthday celebration. The food was AMAZING! Like nothing we've ever had before! the service was superb! All staff were welcoming, and made you feel like royalty! I have already recommended to everyone I know. Absolutely top-notch!"

  • "Presentation of food was great. Loaded Baked Potato was prepared too far in advance of serving. Not fluffy white inside. Shrimp cocktail was delicious. Strip steak and lobster were very good. Music was too loud making it difficult to have a conversation at your table. Since the location of the restaurant is in Vegas I thought any minute girls would start dancing on the tables. Did not get a feel of a classy restaurant with the choice and sound of the music."

  • "This is the best Gordon Ramsay restaurant in Vegas. The food is fantastic and the service is top notch. We had the beef wellingtons and they are worth the trip."
    Dined on 4/9/2014
  • "When I pay the kind of money I'm expected to pay at this restaurant, I was very disappointed to find that the music was very loud. Almost like I was walking into a club. I could barely understand the waiter when we was talking. It was too much of a bar/ club vibe for me. I was also under the impression it was an attire required establishment, but none of te staff enforced it. So I was very overdressed next to diners in shorts, jeans, flip flops and sports wear. I also felt very rushed by the wait staff who yanked the bread and butter knive literally out of my hands so they could make room for my soup. I didn't appreciate the fact that the waiter had given my table a bottle of still water, that cost $9.00 when I never ordered it."

  • "This was my second time to visit GR Steak and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It is a very fun atmosphere and the food it delicious. However, this time was a slight disappointment to me. I ordered my steak medium-rare and it came out charred and slightly overcooked. I asked the waiter if this was an acceptable medium-rare for GR Steak, he spent the next 5 minutes hold it up to various light sources and telling me that it was indeed medium-rare. I told him that I didn't feel that it was and he said that they don't get steaks sent back at GR Steak. This was frustrating especially when paying $62 for a steak. I wasn't looking to get a free steak or meal; I just wanted the quality and perfect cook that GR Steak prides itself on."

  • "The food was outstanding, service was outstanding. But or waiter did not ask if we had a total rewards card from the Paris Hotel, therefore we forgot and was charged the full price for our meals. The noise level was too loud! We could hardly here our waiter explain the types of steaks and items on the menu. We sat on the upstairs balcony and the noise & music level was way to loud."
    Dined on 4/9/2014
  • "Aside from the food and service being great, the restaurant was excessively loud. Our party of six could barely hear each other talk. At one point one of our friends pulled up a decibel meter app on his phone and it showed the noise level was as loud as being in a subway tunnel! For the amount of money spent on dinner, it's too bad the experience didn't match up! Felt like we had walked out of a concert once it was all over."
    Dined on 4/8/2014
  • "Loved the Beef Wellington! Melted in my mouth!! Had the Sticky toffee pudding for dessert - OUTSTANDING! Service was great! No complaints. Wish they had a restaurant by us. Everyone must at least eat here once in their life!!!"
    Dined on 4/8/2014
  • "Fish dish was greasy and soggy. Did not have normal tea -only offered flavoured teas which do NOT comiment "fine dining" If Ramsay is trying to offer British ambiance he fails miserably when you cant even get a proper "cup of Tea" I would not recommend this dining experience as Ramsay needs to re visit his restaueant in Vegas and try to improve."
    Dined on 4/8/2014
  • "While the food was very good and the wine list was very fair (for Las Vegas) the noise level was so high it was difficult to have any conversation with our dining partners. Our original table was directly across from the service door used by the waiters and every time it was opened a bright light would be seen. Very annoying and we had to move to a new table. We also found the service to be slow. The sommelier was very good. I could not recommend this restaurant except to those who watch Hells Kitchen and want to visit where the winner went to be the head chef (although she has now been promoted to another Gordon Ramsey restaurant)."
    Dined on 4/8/2014
  • "So after watching Hells Kitchen for 7 seasons I finally had the opportunity to try the Beef Wellington. It was SOOOO worth every penny and the wait. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is a foodie or simply a Gordon Ramsay fan. The only down side was that my sister nor I was a fan of the mac and cheese, but they were kind enough to take it off the bill, so it was a win win situation."

  • "Went to dinner on our four day weekend trip. My husband was starving but I am not a big eater so he ordered a big steak and I just got a salad and veggie. The waiter seemed a little confused that I wanted something on the lighter side. Made me a little uncomfortable because I was not ordering a full dinner. Probably wouldn't go back. Not everybody can eat a 24 ounce steak and when your staying in a hotel what would you do with leftover."
    Dined on 4/6/2014
  • "Amazing on just about every level. Every now and then you get what you pay for. This place is pricey, but the food, service ambience and presentation is out of this world. Best Wellington I've ever had, the pudding lived up to its reputation, and the Ale Onion Soup was fantastic."
    Dined on 4/5/2014
  • "The food was good, however no prices. We're not the type of people who don't care what we're paying. Overall, the food was good and the staff was outstanding."

  • "I flew to Vegas with 3 friends to celebrate a 40th birthday. This restaurant was at the top of my top 10 of places to eat. The staff were wonderful, the service was outstanding and the food exceeded my expectations. I had beef wellington for 2 and it was absolutely cooked to perfection. My friend found it a bit salty but I really enjoyed the small burst of salt with every bite. Our table also shared an order of potato fingerlings and they were so wonderfully delicious we thought about making another order for dessert. Speaking of dessert, I shared a sticky toffee pudding and it was pure heaven. As soon as we were done, we sent out recommendations to all of our friends who are planning a trip to Vegas in the near future."

  • "My husband and dined at Gordon Ramsay Steak last year and we enjoyed the food and the service so we returned. Unfortunately neither the food or the service were up to par. This is a steakhouse and both my filet and my husbands rib steak left a lot to be desired. My filet was undercooked ( I ordered MR) and received it barely blue rare and cold. They took it to rectify and I am not sure what they did but it came back not much different in the centre and very overcooked on the outside. My husbands rib steak was not as tender as it should have been with a large amount of sinew. The service was not attentive. When requests were made of our server he appeared to be annoyed that we bothered him. With all the other great choices in Las Vegas...."

  • "My wife and I dined at Gordon Ramsey's at the Paris on 4-2-14. The employees were all very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the food. We both had the bone in ribeye steak. The quality of the meat was poor with excessive gristle. I can buy better steak at my local grocery store. The mushrooms were mostly stems and were under cooked. The baked potato was ok. Overall a poor experience especially considering what it cost. Have had much better steaks at Hanks, Old Homestead or Delmonico's."
