We were seated right by the entrance which did not contribute to the dining experience. Noise levels were high which made it difficult to talk. Get placed back further into the resturant if you want to have a conversation during dinner. One of our party had a Gluten allergy and when we asked as to options were told most everything could be adjusted. However when it came to ordering it was only the salads that could be offered and even they ended with up with croutons. Outside of that the food was good as expected. Pricing seemed reasonable considering overall Vegas strip and Hotel resturant premium.

My experience was excellent. No real complaints. I had the lamb chops and I must say, they were the best I've ever had. Cooked to perfection and juicy and presented well. My gf had the fish and chips. Also very excellent. The fries are to die for. My only concern was the pricing. Fish and chips for 30$ and my lamb was 40$. Way over priced for fish and chips. Because of this if I ever return I'll make sure we both spend that extra 10$ to get some like lamb compared to fish and chips. All in all it was a great experience and I was happy we chose to go. No open a few up in Canada.

Went to celebrate a special event. Food was simply not good, its as simple as that. I can't understand how anyone can be impressed , those who do, probably impressed by the name of chefs than the food. On service, nothing special, including the fact our special event was not special for them. Chef Ramsay would not be impressed either ...

I would not recommend this restaurant given that there's a lot of good restaurants to choose from in Las Vegas. The food was ok. Nothing to boast about. Service was ok... Nothing special about this restaurant. Good location though since I had stayed in Caesar's Palace. Other than that, IMO, it's not worth going out of the way to go here.

Two meals were not edible, wait staff was very nice and pleasant however. Appetizers were great but main meals were 50/50 some of us had good steaks and salmon, other two dinners were not good. Chicken so tough the knife bent trying to cut into it. The Shepherds Pie was not what was expected.

Let me start off by saying the service was outstanding , That being said the food was poor. We started with an order of calamari which was returned it was rubbery as leather , then the main course fish and chips was greasier than any fish I had in my life . The fish itself after I removed it from the grease pan coating was a fine piece of fish and very good but just not what I expected from a Ramsay restaurant. Pretty disappointing .

I love Gordon Ramsay and the passion he displays for food and cooking. At this particular restaurant however my husband and I were confused by our servers inconsistent presence or lack there of. I understand living in Vegas because of the attraction/destination hit spot you will pay more for certain things. Having dined at the other GR locations I was more than happy to pay for the name because not only was the quality, taste, and portion there but service was impeccable. I ordered the shepards pie and it was bland and it was more of an appetizer than an entrée. I will recommend this establishment but with a warning: Don't expect special treatment for a birthday/anniversary outing and go if you are looking for something light.

We very very excited about experiencing a Gordon Ramsay dining experience but were very disappointed with the quality of the food. The service was not an issue, the service was pretty standard but the food itself was really poor quality. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this dining experience as a 3. We will not be coming back to this restaurant and we will probably not be trying any of his other locations either.

We've been staying at the Bellagio and we were totally disappointed with the Buffet. $75.00 for dinner and the food was what you would get at a $10.00 buffet. Tasted like it had been on a steam table for days. When we went to Pub & Grille....FABULOUS !!! Good food is what you expect for good money...I will eat there next time I'm in Las Vegas, but I will stay elsewhere !!!

Wanted to try GR's Pub and Grill as other restaurants with his name are fantastic. We were very disappointed. Was 20 mins and a visit from the manager before we saw a server then another 15 before our drinks were delivered. Two servers came by and seemed confused as to who was handling our table. Service was absolutely terrible. A couple who were seated next to us ended up leaving due to frustration. I ordered the steak and ale pie which ended up being a child's portion at best and consisted of mainly mushrooms and very little actual steak. When asked, I advised the server that I was not satisfied with the meal. He thought I was kidding. This restaurant needs improvement before I'll ever visit again or recommend.

We booked at Gordon's bar and grill because we thought it was going to be busy like the rest of Vegas. We need not have bothered, that should have been our first clue something was wrong. We ordered the meat sampling appetiser, the pate was grainy, and the brawn chewy. The sheaded corned beef was lovely however. As it was a pub style menu we ordered the shepards pie and the cod fish and chips (they were fries). Both were below average. I was really disappointed as gordon ramsay prides himself on perfection, I was expecting more. It was worse than masterfoods! Sorry gordon, Jamie's Italian is a better celebrity restaurant!

Good variety of dishes including English pub favorites like meat pies, fish and chips, bangers and mash, etc. Everything was delicious including items such as steak, scallops, salmon, shrimp cocktail, and others that are not pub food. Portions small, so eat an appetizer or sides too. Delicious Ramsey toffee pudding for desert.

Went here for date night with my boyfriend with a 7:45pm reservation. Was seated right away at a table near the front end of restaurant. Had a clear view of the casino floor which made for good people watching. Server woman was very friendly and attentive. Was able to recommend dishes and explain them in detail. This made it easy to pick what we wanted to eat. My bf got the fried calimari for appetizer (he LOVED it. Sauces were great too) and the lamb burger for entree which he also loved. I got the grilled beef burger and truffle fries. Burger was delicious (grilled perfectly) and Ramsay's truffle fries are always a win. Drinks were great too. Awesome dining experience & will go back. Recommended!!

We were greeted and seated promptly. We ordered the wings which were tough I ordered 6 and ate 3, I wasn't asked if they were ok. Mum husband ordered toad in the hole, he actually got something more like pigs in a blanket. We then ordered the chicken pot pie, it looked disappointing it wasn't golden, the pastry wasn't glazed. We cut into it and discovered it was beef not chicken. It was sent back and we decided to not have the chicken pie. Someone apologized but I wouldn't go back. I expectedmmore from a Ramsey restaurant, the restaurant at the Paris was outstanding.

Service was terrible, food was so-so. Waitress was nice but not attentive. Long wait for food, the server put our appetizers in front of other customers, they were just about to grab the food when the server realized it was the wrong table. The server did the exact same thing with the main course, maybe they should number the tables like Denny's! I expected something amazing and was very disapointed.

Raw pastry on the toad in the hole, complained to the waitress who told us that's how it's meant to be. Main course arrived while we were still eating our refired starter (still raw) and then was left on the hot plate to be served so was ruined (cooked tartare sauce sent out!!). The blt sandwich was so greasy it was inedible. Finally it took us 20mins to be able to pay the bill. Ramsay would shut it down!!!

Another great restaurant from Gordon Ramsay. Lobster roll, Scallops, Sliders, Chicken Pesto, Pot Pie, and of course the sticky toffee pudding were all fabulous. No cake, some sort of celebratory theme, or a free desert? The only true disappointment, but a big one!!My daughters dream while staying at Cesar's Palace for her 21st Birthday was to dine at ANY of Gordon Ramsay's restaurants and see "how great" it really is. We have watched his shows religiously and wanted to taste some of the recipes for ourselves. Everything was fantastic and lived up to our expectations, but I was really disappointed that the restaurant does NOTHING for someone who is celebrating such a big event!! I am sure that MANY people enjoy their 21st in Vegas and I think a cake or some type of free desert would have been a great gesture. I do not recommend someone who wants to go for a "Special Event".

The food was good, as should be expected; however, our waiter was lacking in customer service skills. After our order was taken we never saw him again! No queries on how our meal was, did we want anything else, etc. We had to ask the person cleaning tables if we could get or bill. Considering how Gordon Ramsey pushed good service and food I think he would be mortified to know how badly his customers are treated in this restaurant, or at least those that had the misfortune of having our waiter.
