A word from Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill - Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is the neighborhood restaurant conceptualized by the award-winning chef. The 290 seat restaurant is the most authentic English pub experience in Las Vegas, as only a native UK chef can provide.

Acting as two unique restaurants the grill section of the restaurant features a relaxed and friendly setting with dishes including New Zealand Red Snapper, lamb T-bone, whole brick pressed Cornish chicken, dry aged 30 oz. bone-in beef rib eye and spotted dog. The pub features elevated British pub food in a comfortable and lively setting showing sporting events from across the world on state of the art entertainment systems. The pub includes 36 beers served on tap plus 24 bottled beers. With an eye towards dishes that pair well with beer the pub menu includes English ale onion soup, shepherd’s pie, and a selection of sausages, fried egg sandwiches and the classic pub fish and chips.Continued

Diner Reviews
  • "I was expecting a bit more from this restaurant. The service was fine, but the food was nothing special. As far as popularity goes, I saw a lot of the truffle fries, steak, and chicken gumbo."

  • "Ramsay has done it again and it was simply amazing. "

  • "Having lived in London, I can vouch for the authenticity of the food. And it's delicious too! Head to this Vegas hot spot for a cold pint and save room because the entrees are large. We had an appetizer of toad in the hole; our entrees were the prime rib and the fish and chips. If you have a sweet tooth, you will not be disappointed with the sticky toffee pudding. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere is upbeat and charming."

  • "Despite having a reservation there was no table available when we arrived so were seated at a high top bar table. We then had to wait 40 minutes for our food to arrive. The prime rib was ordered medium and came well done, as well the hamburger was almost raw despite being ordered medium well. We had to prompt the waitress about our food as we were seeing a show at the coleseum and were on a fixed time schedule. When the food arrived immediately after inquiring it was cold as well so suspect it had been sitting under the heat lamps. The manager did comp our wine and asked if we would return after the show but we were not interested. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!!!!!!"

  • "From the moment you reach the hostess, London's edgy scene begins. The server's garb keeps it going. The menu has a nice array of choices and the ale choices extensive. The service keeps it all well rounded as you sit in a the ambiance of the pub."

  • "Food was good. Great beer selection. Originally we were seated at a high top bar table, very uncomfortable so we asked to move to a regular table which they accommodated with no trouble, much better. The restaurant is pricey for what you get bet then again it is Vegas where nothing is cheap. Nice experience, would recommend."

  • "The Pub & Grill had excellent food choices and dispels the myth that English food isn't good. The Scotch Eggs were amazing - Yorkshire puddings actually done right. Bangers - just wish they had ALL been the British ones. Horseradish didn't have enough bite - but I understand the taming of it to fit most palates. Maybe offer a real horseradish as well? Salted Caramel Appletini's - Fabulous !"

  • "We went to Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill before going to see Elton John. I had read the mixed reviews here but decided to try it anyway. I got the fish and chips and my friend got the curry chicken. The fish and chips was very good , but I wished that I had tried something more unique to the restaurant. The curry chicken was excellent - I could eat bowls after bowls of it. I'm going to have to go back just to order it for myself. The service was average, but don't let that keep you away. It's a great pick if you are going to a show at Caesar's since it is right across from the venue. I highly recommend."

  • "Went to the pub after Elton John, luckily we had made a reservation, otherwise over an hour wait. We were seated within 5-10 and served within 5-10. Drinks were brought right away and food followed shortly. Service and food were great, however it was quite noisy, other than that it was a great choice for after the concert."

  • "For a really wonderful, casual dinner I don't see how it can be beat. Food is wonderful pub faire. Signature cocktails are amazing. I'd definitely go back."

  • "Hostess sat us immediately with our Open Table reservations with a full house. Service was very good. We had the fish and chips and a ceasar salad. Both food quality was excellent and arrived in a timely manner. We also had two cocktails. A signature drink and a glass of sparkling wine. Prices are average for Vegas Casino resorts. Ceasar Palace is no different in prices. It was a little too tourist trying to have an English motiff. From the servers who wore the herringbone design costumes to the table and chairs was cute. But fun nevertheless. It's Vegas after all and you have to either go BIG over the top or not. It's caught somewhere in the middle. No complains. I am very impressed by the # of different beer choices."

  • "This was my 2nd time at Pub & Grille. On my first trip the food was mind blowing. This time the service was a bit slow & the food was very good but not like before. What killed it was when I found something in my Mac & Cheese. Granted it was VERY tiny but I felt it in my mouth and spit it out. It was a hard white grain. Afraid, I mashed it in between my fingers and it turned to grainy powder. I touched my tongue to it. It tasted like drywall/chalk. It was NOT a food item. I showed the white powder now on my fingers to the waitress who said she'd bring me another Mac, but I had already eaten 80% of it and I was full. Nothing was done about it. We also gave our TR card and DID NOT receive the discount. "

  • "The manager was rude and egotistical. We sat at a coffee table and our chairs were to high for the table. The food was good but we did not receive the items we ordered. Good food but poor service. Lost a Gordon Ramsay Fan!"

  • "I had booked the table before I arrived in Las Vegas as I had been unable to get one on my last visit. I was completely disappointed with the experience. Although the decor and serving staff were very nice the food was an absolute disappointment. It was cold very small and completely tasteless. Very disappointing. "

  • "We ordered the shrimp cocktail, calamari, hot wings, mini pub burgers, lamb burger, bangers and mash, and salmon dishes. The shrimp and mini pub burgers were excellent.everything else was just average..we ordered three out of five desserts including the sticky toffee which was the best of them. Our waiter was EXCELLENT!! "

  • "I enjoyed the chicken pot pie very much! The only reason how I stumbled upon this restaurant is because I am a fan of Gordon Ramsay. I also got to try his famous sticky toffee pudding. Everything was delicious! Definitely going back to the Pub and Grill when I go back to Vegas"

  • "I started with the Onion Ale Soup and then ordered the Shepherds Pie. Both were excellent. At first I thought the bowl for the Shepherds pie was small and I would be hungry when I finished it, but it was more than enough. I couldn't finish it."

  • "Everything we ate was amazing. The devil eggs and prime rib with the Yorkshire pudding were my favorite items. The prices were very reasonable and the service was ok. Even though it looks small, the restaurant is huge and nicely decorated. It felt like I was eating at home."

  • "Love the steaks get size for the price and the location for them. Hope to visit more of his places. We do not get to get out just me and my husband but when we do we like to go to places like that cause it is relaxing and we can hear each other talk."

  • "The food was not up to Gordon Ramsay's usual standard and this can only damage his reputation. Looking on TripAdvisor, it seems that we are not the only people who thought that. There was a lack of vegetables and side dishes with the 2 items we picked - steak and ale pie and shepherd's pie. The shepherd's pie was not hot. The steak and ale pie had too many mushrooms in it. The seats were too low for the table and the music was much too loud. There were also lots of TVs which is not what one expects in an English pub. Will not return."

  • "Had a reservation, but they were able to seat us early. Staff did a great job checking in at our table and also getting special requests correct. Had the Prime Rib - and it was excellent! Good beer selection as well! I would come back again."

  • "If you're looking for a good place to grab some up-scale pub food, this is the place. GR has done a great job keeping the feel of a fun english pub, with food that is kicked up a few notches."

  • "This was actually my 2nd time coming to Pub & Grill. This time around we only stopped for dessert, sticky toffee pudding and the chocolate triffle (I think that's what it is called). It was awesome. I have been here for dinner and the food was great. Again, I wanted to try one of Ramsay's famous dishes, shepherd's pie. I have to admit, I found out I didn't care for lamb, but I still finished it."

  • "There were only two things that I could have wished for that night - a bigger appetite so that I could have eaten more and no plans that evening so that I could have stayed longer. The food was excellent, the service was friendly and attentive but not overly so. Very cool that the bar menu is on an Ipad!"

  • "One of the best burgers we've ever had, and we've also eaten at Ramsay's Burgr. Beer selection was great and the waiters were great at pointing one to the proper beer for a dish. Got a little confusing as we had 3 waiters/waitresses throughout the night but overall it worked out. There are a lot of great menu options outside of the normal dinner menu. Wish they offered more vegetarian options so that we could bring some friends next time. Can't wait to go again in a couple of months. Always make a reservation. We did and the standby/ walk-up wait was over 2 hours, and this was a Monday."

  • "Our first disappointing Gordon Ramsay experience, but I guess I should expect it to be downhill after the Savoy! We like GR because the food is simple, basic competent and delivered at a high standard. It was the basics that we're missing: fries that were oily and soft, oddly chewy instead of crispy. The pie samplers were OK, but nothing special and maybe a little runny inside. I've had better in good London pubs. The waiter agreed that when they are made in small ramekins, they don't cook quite the same. I have an idea: THEN DON'T FREAKING OFFER THEM! I will say the lamb burger was absolutely awesome! If the chips had been right, I would've added a star. X-post Yelp"

  • "After spending $179.00, for a party of 4, plus a $40.00 dollar tip, I must say that I was completely disappointed. I am a fan of Gordon Ramsay, but the overall service and extremely long wait was not worth the money spent today. The portion sizes were to small and the prices extreme for what was ordered. I would not recommend this location to my friends or family. A very disappointing first time, and last, guest experience."
