A word from Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill - Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is the neighborhood restaurant conceptualized by the award-winning chef. The 290 seat restaurant is the most authentic English pub experience in Las Vegas, as only a native UK chef can provide.

Acting as two unique restaurants the grill section of the restaurant features a relaxed and friendly setting with dishes including New Zealand Red Snapper, lamb T-bone, whole brick pressed Cornish chicken, dry aged 30 oz. bone-in beef rib eye and spotted dog. The pub features elevated British pub food in a comfortable and lively setting showing sporting events from across the world on state of the art entertainment systems. The pub includes 36 beers served on tap plus 24 bottled beers. With an eye towards dishes that pair well with beer the pub menu includes English ale onion soup, shepherd’s pie, and a selection of sausages, fried egg sandwiches and the classic pub fish and chips.Continued

Diner Reviews
  • "Food was good but my wife sent her steak back it was cold. A little over priced. Cup of tea $4 way to expensive. We just to say we had been to a Gordon Ramsey eatery. Left a little disappointed."

  • "Love Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill. The roasted tomato soup is amazing as is the fish and chips. We actually came back a second night, we loved it that much. Service was great. The place was packed, but we felt like we had our servers full attention. Amazing!"

  • "Very disappointed in value for the money. Everything ala cart. Portions tiny for what you pay. Suggest ordering appetizer, because there is nothing complemtary such as bread or even a cracker. Won't be back."

  • "The food, service and ambience were amazing! Was the perfect place to end our trip and can't wait to come back!"

  • "I enjoyed Gordon Ramsay's pub and grill. I love him as a chef and his shows"

  • "We made our reservation online, got there at the specified time, and were seated immediately. Our waitress was gracious and attentive, but not intrusive. She gave us time to enjoy our beverages before putting in our order. We ordered the shepherd's pie and the scallops. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, and just the right portions. As others have stated, the noise level is high, so it is difficult to have a conversation, and the tables are placed very close together to make that even more challenging. We both had dessert; the toffee pudding and the triple chocolate trifle. Both were scrumptious. Would definitely recommend and return."

  • "This was our second visit to Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill this trip. The first visit was great, which is why we decided to dine there a second time. The food was great, but the service was the worst we have ever had. The server was completely aloof. He dropped the menus off without acknowledging us, and ignored us after that (except to take our order). It was very disappointing to not be treated as guests (especially since we don't have high standards for wait staff, and are willing to give them leniency if they seem busy). I wish we had gotten the waiters name, but he didn't introduce himself and he wasn't wearing a name tag, so we can't contact management about the terrible service."

  • "Lets just say I had trouble deciding what to have as they were so many good choices to choose from. But I ended up deciding on the fish and chips and I was not disappointed. When we were walking to our table it was all I could smell an they were so delicious. This was my husbands second tie dining here and once again he thoroughly enjoyed the food. It was delicious. as well being so busy our food came out in a timely manner and the service was wonderful. I would definitely be dining here again when we come back to Vegas!"

  • "This was such a great dinning experience. The food was outstanding and so was the service. The filet was cooked perfect and was very tender!"

  • "We were very disappointed in our visit to Ramsays'. We had a calamari appetizer which was dripping grease and the burgers were very greasy too. The fries were the only non greasy item we were served. Our table was away from the casino but was still noisy. Service was OK but it seemed to be a bother if you asked for something. Beverages were good but expensive. The experience was not what we were looking for and we will not eat there again."

  • "Being a super fan of Gordon Ramsay I couldn't wait to eat at his Pub & Grill in Las Vegas. For an appetizer we had fried calamari. It was greasy, chewy and the coating did not hold to it. I had the shephards pie and my husband the fish and chips. Although the pie it looks beautiful, Ifound the potatoes heavy and with too much cheddar cheese. There was a lot of liquid at the bottome of bowl. My husbands fish was great- moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The chips taste like any other restaurant's chips. The best part was the sticky toffee pudding. It was to die for. The decor is kind of gloomy and the waiters take your silverware after every course. We even had to ask for silverware to eat our main course."

  • "We had high hopes for this place and GRPG delivered on them, and some! Food and beverages were excellent, while the service was fantastic from our waitress, Kerry, who really went the extra mile! Highly recommended."

  • "Subpar food, overpriced, not hot, had the pretzel appetizer and they were hard, cheese was congealed. Mini pie platter was itty bitty and not flavorful, overall nothing redeeming about restaurant, love his other venue Burgr."

  • "We loved everything that we ate and the toffee pudding at the end was so sinful it was a great night."

  • "Chose the restaurant due to the fact we were going to attend Shania Twain concert at Caesars Coloseum, which is just across the gaming area from the restaurant. Very pleased with the food quality and service. It has an English Pub theme with a limited menu, but still offers a variety of items from sandwiches to steaks. Prices were reasonable considering it is located in a major hotel/casino on the Strip."

  • "I've been a fan of Ramsay's UK restaurants for years, but many of his other ventures appear to be in name only. His BRGR at Planet Hollywood is overpriced burgers. This "authentic pub" (hardly) had good food, but not great, and certainly without the flair and twist of Mr. Ramsay's usual cuisine. The charcuterie was good and the burgers tasty, but nothing special. If you're going to eat here, try the scallops. That dish was truly sublime. Atmosphere-wise, the place is open to the highly trafficked casino near the entrance to the Forum Shops, so there's no feeling of being anywhere special either. Service was unattentive and spotty."

  • "After a wait to check in for our dinner reservation, the rest of the evening was stellar. Service was the best ever, food was great, loved the decor. The prices were very reasonable. If there had to be a small negative, it was Caesar's parking. Valet was a mess, self park was nearly full. Finally located a space at the very back of the property on 8th floor, very far from our destination. Upon exit from parking lot, poorly marked exit signs had us driving in circles, along with others. We are 35+ year locals, but despite all the traffic problems, the Pub is worth another visit. We would recommend it."

  • "We enjoyed our dinner but the table and chairs in the restaurant were uncomfortable. The chairs were too low from the table which made eating uncomfortable. The beer from draft was not cold enough."

  • "After watching Hells Kitchen my expectations were high the service and food at the restaurant. We walked in and were seated my a pleasant young woman. Our waiter came to the table and seemed very uninterested in serving us. We ordered appetizers which were tasty but our main courses arrived before we were done our appetizers. They proceeded to remove our appetizers and place our main courses in front of us. My girlfriends had ordered a filet that was to be cooked medium. It was definitely rare. If this was Hell's Kitchen or any of the other kitchens that I've seen Gordon visit he definitely would have been swearing. Sad to see Gordon Ramsey's name on this substandard dinner service."

  • "Ok. It's Ramsay, you're in Vegas.... It's a "gastropub"... Well, food was great, indeed, but there are different seating options, and some may not fit everyone- such as the high tables ( back problems?) or the lounge style chairs. Something really called my attention: our server was kinda rude. He even denied us a simple favor- shooting a picture."

  • "This is another line crossed off on my bucket list and it did delivered to expectations."

  • "I was very excited to eat at Gordon Ramsy's Pub ( b/c of "Hells Kitchen"& "Kitchen Nightmare") So, when I was at in Caesar's, I made it a point to dine there. The atmosphere was inviting, and the seemed to fit in well with the area. The waitress (Jane Doe (Saturday evening, 7/5/14 about 930pm)) was awesome. Her service was on the mark and quite attentive to things. So, that was great. The bad part was the food. Wanting to try a variety of items, we had the two mini burgers, the three small sheppard's pies, and pretzels. The best: pretzels (delicious, and the mustard sauce was spicy). The worst: everything else. Burgers were so dry (bread and meat) that I literally dipped it in water. The pies were dry, and hot outside cold middle."

  • "I had been prepared to hate this because it was a Gordon Ramsay restaurant but the food was great! For appetizers both the scotch and deviled eggs were fantastic - - uniquely spiced and a nice sized portion. Burgers were excellently prepared - thick slices of bacon and cheese. Bangers and Mash were rich and hearty and the Madras Chicken was well-prepared with a rich sauce. For dessert the toffee pudding was rich and creamy but overpriced at $10. Our server was efficient but she and the assistant were strange. They kept asking us our names and using them over and over. IE - Hi Dan, how are you today Dan - are you ready to order Dan? Not only that but they forgot most of the names so she started with Dan and ended up calling him Dave."

  • "My husband and I decided to celebrate the 4th of July at Gordon Ramsay's Pub and Grill. We had eaten here before for lunch and had an amazing experience. This time the food was amazing, the shepards pie was unbelievably fantastic. Our server on the other hand was terrible. I can honestly say I have never had a worst waiter! Now I realize it was a holiday but come on! He acted as though we were unconvincing him by making him work. We saw him a total of three times during dinner. Other servers and bussers brought, cleared and asked how our food was. They were awesome! But our server was horrible. Honestly made what we expected a great night, only subpar. Would tell anyone to go, but I genuinely hope you don't get stuck with our server."

  • "I got my on tray before our apps and before anyone got their dinner . Pretty bad service all around and the music to load and crazy . You would think from his shows it would be a great experience but it was very unorganized all around more training is needed by Gordon if he even cares ."

  • "Gordon Ramsay did it again with Pub & Grill style bar & restaurant. Great food and atmosphere! Must try the Mini Pie Sampling. I've had many lamb burgers, which usually aren't that good, but this one was outstanding!"

  • "Good restaurant with solid menu but expected a lot more, my wife and I went to Vegas for our Anniversary and after tasting BurGR from Ramsay at PH we thought that pub food would be better than a burger place, unfortunately, not the case. The service was OUTSTANDING but the food was a hit and miss, we order the pie trio, Shepherds pie was great, Chicken Pot Pie AMAZING but the steak pie, not even close to the other two, the Rib Eye is a melt in your mouth sensation although I asked for medium rare and it was very red on one side and the moment I flipped it it was medium-well on the other, not consistent, the fish and chips although well cooked it missed some flavor on it. Expected more but would come back for a second look..."

  • "My girlfriend raved about her deviled eggs and her chicken salad sandwich. So her food was great. I had a bacon cheese burger that was to be cooked well done. It was cold. The burger would have been great, but it was cold. I did enjoy my fries though!"

  • "I was surprised on how fast our plates were served, almost less than 2 minutes after ordered. Really good flavors and apearance. The only detail I´ll suggest to look more closely is on ingredients, there was a piece carrot stem served with my main dish, it should be cutted off before serving the carrot, I guess. Excellent service and prices according to food and beverages quality."

  • "We were pleasantly surprised by the food at this celebrity chef restaurant. The fish and chips are the best my husband has ever had and he tries them everywhere! Later learned the fish was Atlantic cod. I had the shepherds pie and it was so good I ate the whole thing. Of course we have a soft spot for sticky toffee pudding and once again this is the best we've ever had. Truly a gem of a restaurant and. Ow that we live in Vegas we will go back!"

  • "We were excited to go here during our vacation in Vegas. We probably went into this with high of expectations and we were disappointed. When we went to order cocktails off of the menu we were informed both of our choices were unavailable as were 2 others ones (a 1/3 of the what was on the cocktail menu). When we went to order our meals, I was told my choice was the worst on the menu (actual statement). So I decided on to try the fish and chips (as this is decorated as a British pub). I wish I had tried my first choice because my fish was overcooked. I couldn't even pick up a piece of it without it crumbling, so I had to scoop it onto my fork. We choose not to try the desserts. I would say don't go here with high expectations."

  • "I have wanting to eat at this restaurant since it opened. Food was great, however I was somewhat disappointed by the portion size of the shepherds pie @ lunch. It leaned more towards the size do an appetizer rather than an entree. It did, however taste great! My husbands fish and chips tasted great and were portion sized as an entree. No matter, I still want to return, this time to try the bangers and mash. Always give a 2nd chance for any restaurant. Hopefully the size will be entree appropriate. In addition, I would have probably ranked this place higher, but it was Extremely noisy and busy because of the USA World Cup soccer tournament going on and tons of people hanging out there, inside the restaurant and out, couldn't get our booth"

  • "The Fish and Chips were the stand-out for me here. The best I've ever had, and a big portion. My husband had the bangers and mash, and enjoyed it too, although it"s really a very heavy dish. Wine prices are high, but they seem to be high everywhere on the strip."
