"Service was excellent. However, both entree and dessert came out incorrectly. Hamburger was advertised with 1000 island dressing, which it didn't have. Asked for dessert without whiskey sauce--didn't happen. However, waitress did bring another dessert--corrected."

"Sat us at the worst table in the restaurant after I specifically requested a nicer table with my reservation. A waitress even fell backwards onto our table because of lack of space in the walkway. Food was unsatisfactory and service was not friendly to us. Very disappointed with our experience, as we were looking forward to this dinner for a week. Will not be revisiting this restaurant again nor will I recommend anyone."

"It took a little too long to get our food, however the manager did apologize for it. We had 10 in our party so maybe it's not the best place for a group at lunch time. Everything except the food coming out late was great though."

"Our group of 6 had a great time at Gordon Biersch. The crowd was quite energetic due to the Saints game that was on tv. Our server was outstanding. She was very patient with all our questions, had a great sense of humor and was very attentive. We love Gordon Biersch every time we go. We are never disappointed in the food or the atmosphere."

"This is a casually upscale restaurant that pairs a modern atmosphere with the micro brewery concept. The menu is diverse and includes many options starting in the $10 range up to about $25 for steak and shrimp. There is an extensive bar offering restaurant brand micro brews, a good wine selection, and virtually any cocktail one could desire. The location and ambiance are fun and upbeat but without pretentiousness. Casual seems to do just as well as dressy in this environment. It's a great place to meet friends for a few drinks, and it's equally suited to a special occasion. You'll likely be pleased enough to come back."
