Goldie’s is the latest edition to a family of genuine community based restaurants. Our laid back atmosphere was designed so that you could come in, have great food, great wine and great cocktails.

The Cuisine we offer is Californian—definitely our take on modern Cal-Cuisine.

Our vision is a place of sustainable practices with an approachable menu that allows for community, family and friends to gather. Continuing our alliance with the regions’ wealth of farms and purveyors that provide us with an extensive range of bio-dynamic, ethically raised and carefully crafted goods, we intend to educate and introduce our version of healthy eating.Continued

  • "Our group was prepared to like Goldies, but it didn't happen. Decor/ambiance is great. Really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor vibe. Service started out fine, but went steadily downhill as the place got busier. Food was OK, but for the price, needs to be stepped up a notch, and the portions are embarrassingly small for the price. We were there for brunch. 1 piece of bread for French toast? Really? The quality of the food seems right on, but the combination of flavors was average. Cocktails, however, were super. I doubt we'll be back."

  • "Very good bar if you like those trendy mixologist prepared cocktails. Hoison shoulder pork chop was primo and better than Jar's rib cut. Pate starter had variety and was well prepared. We all enjoyed some veggie small plates and a really good Hanger steak too that was properly cooked as requested. Date cake dessert was really excellent. But the waiter, oh the waiter....full of himself. I don't want stupid rhetorical questions when I ask about the menu and I don't want to wait for the check while he chats up women at the bar. I was sufficiently disturbed that I felt it necessary to put it in my review. Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to returning to this nicely designed, well thought out restaurant with excellent food."

  • "The food was good, but nothing above average. The service was horrendous as it was busy and only 1 waiter for over half a dozen tables. The dj in the middle of a small restaurant was having issues with sound. Limited space overall and just an unsettling experience unfortunately. I am an avid restaurant attendee and into fine dining; therefore, I do have a frame of reference when reviewing a place like Goldie's."

Our dinner for three people lasted over 2.5 hours which was not what we were looking for when we tried to find a place for a casual Sunday night dinner. The wait staff were very nice though, so don't want to give them a bad review."

  • "This was for brunch for my birthday... It always baffles me when "nice" restaurants use McDonalds style buns for sandwiches and burgers. Besides that, the food was bland and overpriced. Our server was slow and couldn't be bothered. My mom said she had a question on the menu and he said "wait until I explain it before you ask your questions." It was strange. Lastly, we were on the patio and were being scorched by the sun so we asked that the retractable awning be closed just by a small amount and the server did not attempt to ask the manager until after we had already gotten our food, and then closed the entire patio making everyone on the patio upset. "

BUT My only complaint is that the music they had on was a bit loud (we were sitting on the patio and even there it was hard to have a converstaion) and their choice of music sounded to me like it was what should be played at the gym for workouts!"

  • "After not seeing two of our favorite couples for some months, we decided to brunch it up at Goldie's. It was the perfect choice. Valet is available. Brunch offers bottomless mimosas, which were blood orange for us. Delicious! Definitely start with the Avocado Toast! Just the right amount of citrus and the toast is perfectly crunchy. Between the six of us we ordered the Eggs Benedict and the Steak and Eggs. My steak was cooked perfectly, however, I would have liked a little more salad. Everyone enjoyed their Eggs Benedict...I tried some of the kale on their dish and was surprised at how incredibly delicious it was. The service was fantastic. Our server was very attentive and kept the mimosas flowing. TIP: you HAVE to have the bread pudding!"

  • "the moment we walked into restaurant there was this really strong odor just hit me..it smells like garbage or something rotten, could be the trashcan or the waste from the kitchen. The patio area was covered with tarp due to the cold weather, so the smell got trapped inside the room. .it was not pleasant. However, our waitress was very attentive and offered great service. As for the food, let's just say we will not go back for that. Portion was okay but for the price you pay it is considered expensive. Maybe I have not dined out lately and am not aware of the price hike...We ordered 7 dishes and to be honest nothing stood out. especially we ordered most of the recommended dishes. I guess you pay for the ambiance and location."

  • "We had a reservation but tables weren't turning over and we ended up waiting a while until a high top became available. The host was very apologetic, checking in with us often and explaining the situation. Once we were finally seated they covered our apps and dessert as an apology which wasn't even necessary. Every dish we had was amazing! Brusell sprouts, scallops... all great. Highly recommend."

  • "We went for the first time on Valentines Day night and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff was friendly and knowledgable about the food. The 5 course prix fixe was the perfect serving size and creatively prepared and paired with custom cocktails for each course. Was a a charming dinner that felt special and was surprising and delicious. I won't hesitate to go again."

  • "I didn't have a good food experience. The server was in a hurry although the place was virtually empty. The food wasn't memorable or actually good —the drink was — the worse Ricotta Hot Cakes ever! 3 chunks of plain wheat on a plate — the Cornish Hen was great and the ambiance, the fact that you have a 'nice place' to be outside on 3rd St. (there are other places but they're right on the side walk) — I live in the area and If I ever happen to come back, would definitely be for the drinks because the food wasn't memorable."

  • "Goldies had been on my list for a while since reading about it's opening and I finally was on that side of town. If I wasn't moving in the next month it would definitely become a regular spot. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful with those of us that couldn't make decisions. The brunch drinks were also very unique and delicious. Next time I'll be planning to uber so I can take part in the bottomless mimosas. The restaurant itself has great vibe in ambiance, not too stuck up but also not too laid back; the perfect combination. The breakfast sandwich is a must and while it sounds a little boring the avocado toast was delicious. A perfect dish to share."
