The two bartenders were polite, friendly, and professional. New the perfect balance between good service and allowing for customer privacy. The food and presentation were perfect. Penne alla vodka was made without pancetta to accomodate my vegetarian date. My Ohio raised Berkshire pork chop was cooked perfectly. Tender and not dry. Braised fennel was a nice change. Now with the new bar remodel, where we wanted to eat, it is awesome! Infact I have been there three times in the past month and last night before going out, my friend asked if we wanted to go to Giovanni's and I said we were just there last night! The food, especially the pasta dishes are off the charts! I ordered an extra dish just to take home! You need to try their deserts! We had this chocolate cake thing with icecream and then they bring this incredible chocolate sauce in copper dish. OMG!
