Really like the food and the ambiance at Giorgione, but the service is consistently inattentive. On our most recent visit, we didn't receive 2 items we ordered and no acknowledgement or apology from our waiter. Never checked in to see how we liked our meals, had to ask for water and a drink order. All exacerbated by the fact that the restaurant wasn't very busy at all. Can't bring ourselves to return.

Food was great. Their kitchen stays open late which is really nice. Hostess and waitress were really nice and accomodating - my husband has picky seating preferences. Raw bar looks great which we'll try next time.

This place is great - the food is well prepared, the menu is normally interesting with great choices. The service is fine and although the tables are a bit close, it is a great place to dine in the neighborhood. Innovative Italian style cuisine and a good wine list.

Giorgione seemed like a nice neighborhood spot. The servers and staff were kind and the space was bright and lively. However the food lacked attention and freshness. The Fried Artichokes were too greasy and lacked seasoning. The Grilled Octopus smelled and tasted so burned that we unfortunately had to send it back (which we usually would never do). The Linguini with Clams was a alright being a little overcooked, and the Seared Tuna was again too burned on the outside and the poor quality of the cut made it very difficult to eat as well as unappetizing. The Seafood Salad was good and a sizable serving, but by the time this came out the meal was already beyond saving. Hopefully they can turn it around.

The food was phenomenal and the wine list was very diverse. The oysters were perfect. It was warm and our server was incredible...you never noticed her after ordering but we always had what we needed.

From the moment I walked in from the rain I knew I had made a great choice for a lunch alone. The room was light, long and with just a slight buzz. I was given the table of my choosing. My waiter was helpful and knowledgeable. To start, both whole wheat and regular baguette came warm, served with a fine grade olive oil. I ordered an appetizer of grilled baby octopus (served with sliced celery, cured black olives, red and yellow grape tomatoes) accompanied by a light, interesting fava bean salad( escarole, mint, pecorino, lemon, EVOO). I had a quartino of vernaccia which complimented both well. An exemplary espresso to finish. A CD of Melina Mercouri singing in Greek gave just the right vibe. The service was efficient but unrushed. YUM.
