Gigi's Asian Bistro & Dumpling Bar is located in The Galleria with entrances from the street on Westheimer and the interior of the Galleria. The menu is created to give your palate a tour of authentic Asian Flavors from China, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, and Maylasia in a setting that is handsome… with a sexy, Asian vibe. If you are a group of 6-10 persons, ask for "Alley" tables, where each cubbyhole is curtained off from prying eyes. 15,000 silk cherry blossoms hang in the sky of our main dining room, "The Cherry Blossom Room," creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. Gigi's signature dishes are Heavenly Beef, Shaking Beef, Coconut Green Curry Chicken, Crispy Whole Fish and Japanese Eggplant. "Although I've eaten at Gigi's many times, I've never before gone for the Sunday unlimited dim sum brunch. The dumplings were varied and delicious. The waiter brought 3-4 types at a time, then brought more of our favorites. At $15/person, it's an excellent value. My only "complaint" is that we ate too many!"

"Me and a group of friends, numbering 8, visited Gigi's at 8:45pm on a Friday night. We were seated promptly in a private group setting. The waitress was prompt and took our drink orders quickly. Further service was prompt, nothing to complain about. Nothing noteworthy either. We ordered various wines and cocktails, all of which were decent, nothing spectacular. We then ordered appetizers, consisting of the braised ribs, calamari and the filet mignon satay. These were some delicious dishes. The entrees came out in a timely fashion about 20 minute after appetizers. Dim Sum (shu mai, ginger chicken, pot stickers, etc), some sesame chicken and various other entrees. For the $400 price tag the food was decent at best! It was bland, in my opinion"

"Brunch is the best value in town! Service is alway great. Gigi's is a great spot for groups as they have privite rooms to accomodate as well as a romatic spot for couples."

"It was my sisters birthday and i made note of that during my reservation as well as reminded the hostess at the front when we walked in. They made no note of it, didn't hit the gong like they said they would over the phone or offer a birthday dessert. :("

"This is the second time I been to Gigi's and I must say I was very dissapointed. The floor was sticky and almost fell on the floor. The food was cold and the service is ok...I had food that needed to be to wrap to go but they never give it to us back. I was so excited to take my husband and guest to GiGi's and we left very dissapointed..."

"Interesting decor. There are several little side rooms for larger parties - probably 6 or 8 people - that would be fun. Valet parking is available at Del Frisco's next door which helps with access to this Galleria restaurant. We took out two college aged boys for dinner, and they liked it. Pad Thai and dumplings were good. Service was fine."

"The food was excellent, but our whole night was ruined by the screaming kids in the booth next to us. We were moved once, then the same thing happened. It was awful. It was also my birthday which went completely unacknowledged. The waiter did nothing to alleviate the noise so we quit eating and went to the bar but the screaming could still be heard."
