The staff was overly attentive in a good way. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The sides were even great. Although all of their locations are great, I prefer the location in Rosemont. Great bar, terrific service and always very consistent food. I had some friends in from out of town and I took them to the Rosemont location. My friends wife does not eat meat and while I had only sampled some of their seafood in the past I had always heard that it was good. She ordered the Alaskan King crab salad and could not have been more pleased. We waited in the bar since we arrived a bit early for our reservation. Drinks were outstanding. Service is efficient, professional, and capable, without being overbearing. Good selection of wines, broad selection of meat and seafood choices, reflecting a wide range of prices. Though this is a premium venue, you can still have an excellent meal at a decent price. I would certainly return and recommend this restaurant to my friends. We had steaks and they were wonderful--flavorful USDA Prime meat, cooked exactly the way we asked. Lump crabcake appetizer was one of the best crab cakes I have ever had, and the shrimp cocktail is excellent. My group of 4 of us decided to try to get reservation for lunch. I got on my phone, did the online reservation, and when I walked into restaurant, amazing! We were seated IMMEDIATELY. I was actually waiting at front for my friends to catch up and had to make the waiter wait on us to all get into restaurant. Side portions were huge. Spinach and mushrooms was very nice. mashed potatoes came out cold. and broccoli is just broccoli - it is green so just eat it and like it. restaurant was packed so even though we had a reservation we still waited 30 minutes for our table. All in all, i'd go back if i was in the area. if you have a table of 6+ order some desserts. They are known for their steaks and justifiably so. But don't pass on their seafood. The wait staff will help and they are fine with helping you share orders ( a necessity since even the biggest appetites can't consume some of their dishes).

Service was unobtrusive, yet incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. A manager stopped by soon after the food arrived to check on us and left a business card with the invitation to ask for him anytime if we needed anything. Good food on a very busy day. It was difficult to hear as I was interviewing a potential employee.
