We visited on my husband's birthday and although we had 1 mishap with our dinner, our server was very, very accommodating which is always appreciated. The ambiance is great and the food is good. I am from another state but have returned to Gianni's more than any other Italian restaurants in the area. I usually order a seafood dish and always satisfied. My girlfriend orders the country chicken everytime she enjoys it so much. We always go to Kildeer location but this time tried Palatine; very satisfied. We recommend this restaurant!
