  • Public Transit: We are conveniently located near the McPherson Square metro station on the orange and blue lines. Exit the metro at Vermont Avenue and walk one-half block North on 15th Street. Traveling on the red line stop at Farragut North. Walk two blocks east on K Street. Turn right at the corner of 15th and K. We are mid-way through the block on the right.
  • Parking: Valet
  • Parking Details: We offer Valet Parking Service nightly beginning at 5:00pm and Sunday"s for our Jazz Brunch beginning at 10:00am. There is a fee of $8 per car. In addition, there are several near by parking garages and limited on-street parking. Please make sure to read the signs and meters in reference to time restrictions and fees.

He'd been there for hours and despite clearly looking tired, he did a great job with our four top. Fried green tomatoes, deviled eggs, and macaroni and cheese were great. Overall food was good and server did a good job. I'm glad I went and the experience was nice, but I wasn't wowed by it."

The restaurant was basically empty but I was seated at a table that was awkwardly angled against a wall in front of the waitstaff station. Somehow they managed to ignore me. I have dined in many very fine establishments and this is probably one of the worst. My food was no better than I could have gotten at a Chinese buffet. don't go there..."

  • "Growing up in North Carolina, I was really excited to *finally* get a taste of southern cooking that I miss so much down south. Loved the biscuits and gravy, but there was nothine else specific to the South from the brunch items. Also, Peach Tea is not a suitable substitute for Southern Sweet Tea. The peach cobbler was ok. I was dissapointed in the Pecan Pie. Not fresh, and it was not worth the complete $40 experience. Also, I was terribly disappointed in the fried chicken. It was not even close to the fried chickens that taste more fresh and tasty in southern *gas stations*. Nabbing down our waiter was a bit difficult at times. Overall, C+ dining experience from a Southerner tasting DC's take on Southern cuisine."

  • "Visited with a group of girlfriends on a weekday. It was quiet, in a good way, and we were seated quickly. You have to love a restaurant whose bread basket includes biscuits and cornbread - what a great way to start. We shared the appetizer sampler; the fried green tomatoes were stellar - crispy without being greasy. The deviled eggs and bacon wrapped dates were outstanding as well. Ignoring my better instincts to eat lightly following the appetizers, I ordered the pork chop. It was nice, but I really liked the yams it sat atop. Sadly, none of us made it to the dessert round, but I look forward to going back to try the Jack Daniel's ice cream, or maybe the Bourbon Chocolate pecan pie. I've no doubt they will be great."

  • "I made brunch reservations for my Father on Father's Day at Georgia Brown's. First of all if I have a reservation for 3Pm, I expect to be seated no later than 3:00 not almost 3:30. One of the hostesses changed my party's name without us even knowing she did so. We were put at a table that seated five(barely), and there was 7 of us. Talk about a tight, tight squeeze. The Brunch buffett was getting low on food by the time we were seated and able to go up to the buffett. Nothing was being replenished. Stuff was cold and just tasteless. The fried chicken that my party had ordered was not seasoned and neither were the greens. I never thought that after leaving a brunch buffett..I would have to stop and get something else to eat on the way home."

I don't think they even have a kids menu, although I could be wrong. We took our nine year old son on a Thursday night and didn't necessarily feel out of place, but he might have been the youngest in the restaurant. The bar scene was hopping. The staff were all very friendly and timely. The food was good and something different after eating "American" food most of the week. I would definitely go back and would recommend to friends."

  • "We had a reservation for 8:30 p.m. but had to wait 20 minutes for our table. There were live musicians playing when we arrived. Because the space is not very large, the music was very loud and overwhelming. The restaurant was very hot. At first I thought it was because we were near the front door but after finally being seated everyone our group of 7 were extremely hot and feeling sweaty! It seemed as though the air conditioner was broken. There was no cool air during our entire dinner. Looking around I noticed others were clearly uncomfortable. This is not interfere with the great service and even better food! Very uncomfortable dining experience, almost worth sitting in the hot restaurant."
